I planned a pizza picnic in the park for my birthday. These people are now over an hour past the latest promised delivery time, and my toddler is well passed her nap time and has been crying I want pizza for 30 minutes. What was supposed to be a lovely birthday picnic turned into a nightmare. I’ve been stuck at this park waiting for. $45 pizza and they don’t answer the phone. I don’t know what to do anymore because my toddler is exhausted and hungry, so now I have to figure out what to feed her. Not to mention the fact that I spent most of our time on the playground on my phone with sliced or trying to reach the restaurant instead of enjoying it with my toddler. I rarely spend my energy writing bad reviews, as I much prefer to write good ones, but I feel very wronged and upset. The icing on the cake is that sliced said they can’t even give me a refund without approval from the restaurant (which cannot be reached). This business is not worth dealing with. I suggest getting your pizza from anywhere else.

It may have very well been a different business that I was speaking with on the phone. Again, my apologies, and I will be sure to try your business the next time I’m in the area.

I asked her if I could speak to someone there who did. That apparently didn’t register with her. Why would you have someone answering the phone who doesn’t speak English. We’re staying at a nearby hotel. Not everyone is a local.
