Came to this location around 12:30 pm waited in line over 20 minutes the finally manager came to the intercom and told us to hold a minute vwitch took about 15 minutes before she took our order then had to go part and wait for our food about another ten minutes customers were coming out arguing about the service saying not want they problem she has to come to work there service is horrible so bad the police had to be out there and alot of customers left without food il they need new manager a sap I’m never coming back again. Didn’t give no napkins and french fries was very hard burger was ok I guess drank not much ice they need to shut down for a few months and come up with a better plan

We got the 12 piece family meal with 3 large sides. The chicken was OK. The mashes potatoes were good. The gravy? Brown liquid – good flavor, but the consistency of water. The green beans though.. those.. really there aren’t words. They looked unappetizing, I’ve included a photo. But honestly they look great compared to how they tasted. It tasted like they cleaned the bottom of the fryer and put the sludge in the green beans.

This place needs to be shut down it has poor customer service, poor cooks, they seem to be rude to every customer. Even if you placed your order for pick up and way ahead of time you have to wait for half an hour. This locations is the worst. Please corporate shut this location down. You have so many better location that make more money than this one.

Everytime I choose stop here it’s just horrible. Today I’m over them. Purchased some biscuits (plural) and the cook can’t distinguish a done biscuit and a raw one. Smh!!!!

If they would actually cook their potatoes (fries and hash browns) it would cut down on most of the frustration. I shouldn’t have to place my order, specify that I want my hash browns to actually be brown (not white) then have to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to cook. They should already be cooked!!! I have never been to a restaurant who CONSISTENTLY services white French fries and hash browns.
