this is a nice place to enjoy food and relax. priced right and no cashiers to take your order. You place your order display panel and pay. I think the the windows needed real deep clean and restaurant could be clean better. The worker’s where friendly.

My drive to see my family takes me through the Manteno exit so I’ve been to this Taco Bell more than a few times and everytime it’s an excellent experience. Food is always served fast and prepared very well, much better meat ratios and nowhere near the sloppiness of TBs by me. Staff is friendly and restaurant is very clean. Probably my favorite Taco Bell

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL OVER ANY OTHER TACO BELL
Also I recommend the Steak Stacker! It is flipping amazing. I got it for the first time today.
Every single time we visit the Manteno Taco Bell location we are blown away by the customer service. I swear i dont ever think its possible but it gets better every time we go. 100/10 stars!!! They are always super friendly and personable. The Manteno Taco Bell has, by far, the best associates in this entire town.
Taco Bell is my “therapy food” so I’ve usually had a poopy day when I want it and every single time, without fail, I pull out of the parking lot in a WAY better mood than I was when I got there.
The associates are all excellent humans and definitely deserve to get rewarded as such. Thank You so much you guys for being freaking FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a kfc/taco bell restaurant Manteno location ordered the $9.99 3pc chicken big box it was trash and they shorted me $1 in my change didn’t realize till I left the drive-thru window instead of going back I considered I paid them $1 never to purchase here again, hadn’t been in awhile after several bad orders and decided to go one more time this last trip was the last straw. My drinks are never mixed right I ordered the tea, only 3 cars in front of me got to the window pretty quick my order was cold and old, over salted and biscuit hard I’ll never stop at this location again. I’m new to the area and it seems all the fast food restaurants around Manteno, Peotone, Monee and Bourbonnais along I57 have poor service, and managers Owners please get these restaurants together smh.

Made an online order and made it 20 minutes in advance. Got there and the employees were all outside and didn’t even have the order made yet. Got home and didn’t even have half my order not including the extra avocado salsa they charged me for that I didn’t get.

Normally I don’t leave one Stars I just deal with it but when I ordered I said NO TOMATO on an item which was a soft shell taco, and received it and it looked like there was extra tomato on it so I had to give my girlfriend my tacos which was cheese and meat only because she is ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES and she said she even tasted it halfway through my tacos which would mean the didn’t change gloves through items and next thing you know her tongue is swelling and hard to breathe, food wasn’t bad wasn’t fresh but wasn’t bad but the fact of saying no tomato and receiving extra was no cool and luckily had medicine on to stop swelling. Not sure how they could fix this has if she was highly allergic and didn’t have the meds on us who knows how it could of turned out.
(Btw this happened at 12:50am may 31st receipt says no tomato and I don’t want to publicly say the employee name.)

The person on the drive thru was less than enthusiastic about taking our order. I don’t expect super ecstatic, but a little more than “uh-huh” would be nice.
The food was good, and it was accurate with our special accommodations, though.
The drinks that came with the meal used to be much bigger. Especially when two meals cost over $28. Not so fiscally responsible to eat at Taco Bell anymore, I guess.
