We’ll definitely be back. Especially since we live so close to it.
Carter’s Fried Chicken is a place that you must try if you are in the Ashburn Georgia area.
I don’t think there’s enough room here in the remarks area to say enough good things about this restaurant! For starters there are two Hispanic ladies who have worked there a very long time from what I understand, and they are very friendly. The entire staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the area and knowledgeable of all the food that they serve. I personally love chicken livers but they have to be cooked right and I had thought there was only one place which is Skipper John’s in Perry, Georgia that cooks imperfectly when lo and behold right there in Ashburn Georgia you have Carter’s chicken and they serve the best chicken livers I have ever eaten. They are cooked to perfection! And you get enough chicken livers to fill a grown man up for $2! I literally am in love with this place because it’s close to where I work and they are by far the very very best when it comes to fried foods. They have chicken chicken fingers they have all kinds of delicious items that are very affordable. Believe it or not they have a ghost who continues to work at the restaurant in the kitchens and if you have a trained eye you will be able to find him from the photographs I provided. There is one photograph where I took photo of the menu standing in front of the building and if you see the heat lamps on the other side of the panel glass you’ll notice that this silver arm that holds the light above the food is present in one of the photographs. If you look to the top of that I’m a bar that holds the heat lamp you will see a gentleman and a grey tank top. There was no one with me the day these photographs were taken because it was on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed and it was my first time visiting. Ask them about their ghost! From what I understand it is the owner’s brother who used to work there until he passed away. But it appears that he still working there according to some of the stories from the employees there are some strange happenings
Have A Blessed Day!
