This actually qualified as “fast” food, something of a rarity these days. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and efficient. So glad they don’t have that terrible electronic ordering that the other place has. Talking to a person instead of tapping on a big screen is way faster.

The only location in town that as far as i can tell hasn’t switched to the Coke mixer station so the Coke actually tastes like Coke. Got rid of my cherry though 🙁 still the best BK in town
For real??? Like a week after i posted my review, this location now has the freestyle fountain machine. And now even regular coke tastes like crap. That’s not cool. Two stars lost. No reason to not just go whichever one is closest now 🙁

Went through and order a double cheese burger meal No Ketchup Extra pickle Extra Onions. Gave me a burger with no onions standard pickle and extra ketchup. They weren’t even busy. Just lazy poor customer service.

I honestly haven’t eaten at a Burger King in about 4 years …stopped at the Burger King at the Crossings in Traverse City and we got 2 Whopper Junior’s each…. No fries or pop. They were so favorable and didn’t taste greasy due to the flame grilling! So yummy. Well definitely be back!

I have been meaning to write a review for awhile and hadn’t gotten around d to it, or maybe the visits were just not as memorable as tonight’s. Who knows, either way, what a great visit to stop and grab dinner for a friend and her littles. Thank you Kaitlyn (Crossing Circle) for your friendly smile and fresh fries. You were great. I could tell you were back there by yourself, so way to go, rocking out those 5 burgers in less than 4 minutes and like I said, FRESH FRIES! <3 Thank you!

INCREDIBLY RUDE SERVICE!
We had both just got out of work and got done getting groceries, we just wanted to get something quick from BK to eat for dinner.
It’s 10pm and the drive thru is still open till midnight.
We pull up and start ordering and every order we place, we can both clearly hear MIKE (the cashier called out his name) hollering in the background, “Seriously?!?!”. Then he says it again out loud when we pull up to the window to pay.
Yes, MIKE. We both SERIOUSLY worked our assess off all day, had to go get some SERIOUSLY needed groceries right after work, SERIOUSLY still haven’t gotten the chance to relax at home yet, and SERIOUSLY didn’t want to cook. Which is why we SERIOUSLY went to your location to get some SERIOUSLY quick and SERIOUSLY good food.
We decided to just refund our money back and go to McDonald’s instead. That’ll be the last time we go there and we’ll be sure to contact corporate on your lack of customer service skills, MIKE.
If you hate your job THAT much, MIKE, then I suggest you stay in your mommy’s basement or dormer room, because you clearly can’t handle the real world yet.
Pull up your huggies, bud, and grow the hell up.

Horrible went to the drive through and the girl savannah was to busy to get my order ready. Fyi I was the only one there and it took 20 minutes to get 2 wrapper jrs ready. If I were u I would avoid this burger king. Ratings at negative 5
