Worse experience ever. They were busy which I totally understand but the attitude of the staff was utterly disgusting. I stood there a good while waiting without even being acknowledged. Others were before me so of course I was waiting patiently behind them but my patience ran out after being there so long being ignored! One customer was there for 45 minutes he said. Another 20 minutes. Nobody to even speak to us just walking by ignoring us. I left without my order because they said they couldn’t find it in their system. When asked what I should do next, one shrugged his shoulders. The others just didn’t respond.
Working in food service myself, I know the physical customers are main priority over online orders but I guess this store does things differently. Seems like customer service wasn’t taught here since it’s just pizza. Kinda wild to be complaining over some pizza but whatever. Do better

Ordered 4 large pizzas. Domino’s app reflected a 35-minute wait time once ordered. After an hour delay and no pizza, I called only to hear an employee say the app quoted the wrong time, and due to high volume, it would be two-plus hours. When the pizza arrived, the delivery person was curt and non-apologetic about the delay, plus the pizza was room temperature. #Dominosdisappointment

While I can’t blame them, they had a valid reason for the delay. We were disappointed by the wait time, we placed an order at 6:49pm and it arrived at 9:04pm. But luckily the pizza was hot and good.

Ordered a lot of pizzas for a large group while on vacation, had my order ready fairly quickly and the pizzas were well put together. The girl taking my order helped with finding the right specials to save a little money. Fed 22 people for about $150 so I felt like it was a win. Only reason they atmosphere score is 3 stars is bc this location is in a gas station and not the easiest to get in and out of. Will definitely buy from here again though.

Good in a pinch if you are trying to feed a lot of people fast. Use the online ordering to get better prices. You will save money when you order online. This Domino’s pizza is located inside of a gas station so it is convenient too. No dine in. Take out is best option. Enjoy!

Terrible service. Placed an online order for a two topping pizza but did not click on the toppings thinking pepperoni was at least the default…Nope. Called immediately to request a change to the order and they tried to charge extra to add the toppings even though the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet… Terrible service in my opinion but at least I didn’t have to tell them I wanted cheese and sauce on my pizza.
