If I could, I’d give 0 stars. I waited 20 minutes for a single drink. During the lunch rush, they could have at least warned me about the wait, but they didn’t. I tried to check if my drink was ready, but not a single employee made eye contact with me, even though there were at least 4 or 5 staff members present. I was barely able to speak with one employee, and she just said, “It’ll be ready soon,” without an apology. The service was extremely slow, the staff looked unhappy and unfriendly, and the drink wasn’t good. This is by far the worst location I’ve been to.

My mom and I Went to Starbucks today and I’m trynna figure out why I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe…. And received zero crunch but tons of caramel . It tasted like milk and heavy caramel in all honesty , then my strawberry açaí order was quite literally half way full , the girls that were working today were handing out half filled cups to a lot of ppl … not sure why they were barely filled but oh well ‍♀️. #notimpressed , usually my drinks always turn out great but todays services were literally bad ! Not to mention another drink I ordered was a grande… I received a venti ?

A drive thru server was rude to us this Monday morning. She asked us “to give me a minute” which is very normal so we understood. After a minute she’s ready to take our order, her manner changed yelling “Hellooo” on the speaker, rushing us to order all of a sudden. The whole coversation taking our order was rude. We asked nicely on the window if it was her who took our order which she admitted but denied that it was her who yelled at us saying “it could be anybody wearing a mic”. She then called her manager to deal with us. We spoke to her manager and told her about the issue, and by the looks of it she wasnt even that surprised. We told her “being yelled at on a Monday morning is not a great day to start and that we are not mad but we just want to be treated fairly also.” The manager was very understanding and we thank her as she gave us our order.

If I had time to go to the Starbucks off base, I definitely would. I order the same drink almost every time, but it somehow tastes different each visit—sometimes it’s even undrinkable. The staff aren’t the friendliest either. I can tell they get irritated when their scanner for rewards points doesn’t work and they have to enter my account number manually. I get that it’s not their fault, but it’s not mine either. If I’m spending ten bucks at Starbucks, I expect to earn the points so I can redeem discounts later. What really gets me is how some people choose to work in customer service but act like they don’t even want to be there—just rude and unwelcoming.

No reason that it should take 40 mins to get though the drive thur and there are not exit points once you enter so if you want to leave you cant. Absolutely will never go back to this location.

Food and atmosphere is always nice and pleasant.
There are two minor things with me that they can NEVER get it right. I’m typing this review in this store right now.
1. They can never get my name right. I go by Wolfy because there are too many K names when I go in. I been called Ruthy, letty, laurie.names that doesn’t have the WoL sound. It’s annoying. Not one knows the basic ASL alphabet to correct it, the staff I come across. I have even type everything up on my phone the name, drink plus how I like it and snack. They STILL GET IT WRONG
2. My coffee is always wrong.
I still come here because I am cold and want something warm to drink. I live 30 -45 minutes away. I love meeting new people here.

Wow so while giving my order was thinking about get a croissant when I saw 6 flies inside all over the food. I was so disgusted that just took my coffee. The lady just came by saw me didn’t say hi or anything just said what would I like. Definitely would not recommend this place. I’ll continue my business in the Hinesville Starbuck’s. First the px food court is disgusting with the cockroaches now here. So sad that this is our base.

Instead of being argumentative when an order is made incorrectly, please just remake it, especially when its a beverage that technically has free refills. Absolutely laughable. No, “sorry about that, let’s fix it for ya. Can we make you something different?” And then talking rudely in Spanish? Ladies, I speak Spanish. Your reviews should tell you something. Get on top of this management, because I fully intend to. Every penny we spend matters.
