The coffee and food are always good and prepared well. Have had a few times where they got orders wrong, but are usually honest minor mistakes that they are willing to fix. The inside is more modern now which I really like.

Went here today to grab one of the Wicked boxes. I go in and see them on the counter and was so excited about it. I told the cashier that’s what I wanted and she told me there was no more munchkins to fill the box. I told her that it was ok and that I didn’t need the munchkins because all I really wanted was the box. She went on to say well it’s $10. I said well that’s ok I can pay it because I just wanted the box not the munchkins. Her and I went back and forth for a bit and then she stepped away for a few minutes. She came back and told me they couldn’t sell it to me because there was no munchkins…. So I had to leave without it because they would not sell it to me. Never in my life did I think id ever have to pretty much beg someone to let me buy something but here I am. SMH

It’s Dunkin’. I had some time to kill while a family member was receiving a procedure at the Phoenix Hospital nearby.
My breakfast sandwich was sloppily put together…it literally looked like parts were thrown together (I straightened it out for a photo). The croissant tasted OK. Coffee was non-descript and lacked flavor…I used to love Dunkin’ coffee very much.
The only redemptive quality of my breakfast was receiving a $1.49 discount on my sandwich with the purchase of coffee (any size).
Customer service is somewhat lacking.

As disgusting as it is to write this, I need to warn people. Ordered the ham croissant today and was mortified to discover a cockroach in the croissant. Threw out the rest of my food and coffee.

Slow service for a full staff. They move at a sluggish pace. The atmosphere is quiet in the dining room, lots of empty seats great for introverts. They should put up the AC though, it was super hot that even the workers had to use a fan.
Dining room is a little messy, but i came while they were cleaning so Im not going to subtract a star.

This is the best Dunkin out of all the locations. For such a busy store the staff always remembers names and are excited to see their regulars (me being one of them). Always look forward to a nice hello in the mornings!
