I’ve grown up in Medford and have been coming to Dunkin’ for years, but this location has really gone downhill. This is the second time in a long while that I’ve stopped here, and unfortunately both visits had similar issues.

The first time, I spent nearly five minutes in the drive-through just trying to place a very simple order: a strawberry frosted donut, a black pepper bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel with American cheese, and two apple juices. Somehow, confirming American cheese became a major production, and after repeating it multiple times, the sandwich still came out with white cheddar. The employee at the window was apologetic, and I truly understand that mistakes happen — we’re all human. The issue wasn’t the mistake itself, it was how long and complicated such a simple transaction became, and that it still came out wrong after repeated clarification.

Today, I experienced similar confusion and didn’t even receive my complete order because the person at the window didn’t seem fully confident in what they were doing.

I’ve previously worked at a Dunkin’ with a drive-through, so I understand how busy mornings can get. However, it felt like there was a lack of clear supervision and positioning. Both times I visited, there didn’t appear to be a manager or supervisor present. Even when short-staffed, strong leadership makes a huge difference in keeping the flow organized and reducing repeated mistakes. It seemed like employees were bouncing between positions instead of staying focused in one role, which can easily create confusion.

This review isn’t meant to attack the staff — they seemed to be trying their best and were polite. The food, once corrected, was decent. But repeated order accuracy issues and lack of clear management oversight make the experience frustrating.

There’s definitely an opportunity here for stronger training and leadership presence to help this location run more smoothly.
Not to mention I’m not sure why they have phones if it’s constantly off the hook and not working !! A simple phone call to confirm I can come back and grab the stuff that wasn’t given to me could of saved themselves this bad review

If I can rate this zero stars, I would!!

We went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. The guy told us we can pull up to the next window, but before pulling up he said half of our order was missing. We then tried to get a refund, he refused and demanded that we choose different items. He repeated that he couldn’t refund us, that he’d only be able to if a manager was there. He then left us waiting for ten minutes at the intercom. We heard laughing and talking; it was like they had forgotten all about us! We spoke up for their attention asking to speak to someone else. He then replied saying he’ll get someone… Kid You Not, two seconds later, the same voice responded acting like a new person! At this point we knew we had to go to the window. Oh how I didn’t know that was only the beginning.

At the window, we restated our entire order and he lets us know every single item is unavailable. At this point we were going back and forth to find a solution. We settled on substitutions. Can you believe he manage to get every single item wrong STILL even with the new substitutions!!! Even with the messed up order, we left due to a line forming and because of how RIDICULOUS the situation was!

I would not recommend going here! If you do be wary of miscommunication, unprofessional behavior, and frequent order mess ups!

Terrible and rude service and the middle eastern language barrier doesn’t help. The workers don’t care when they don’t understand what you’re trying to order.

Today, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and the croissant was burnt and crumpled when I bit into it. The hash browns were over-cooked and hard. Do yourself a favor and find a better managed Dunkin.

This was terrible, im sorry to say. The staff couldn’t understand how to make a iced Carmel swirl with regular cream and sugar after remaking the coffee and it tasted burnt like yesterday’s coffee and only came with 1 cream 1 sugar. Don’t even get me started with the half of a chocolate stick and the Boston creme smooshed into the bottom of the bag. I love dunkins I order at least once a day but it for sure will not be at this location

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They always have too many staff and yet they never get anything done. They stand around chatting. Even when you mobile order 20 minutes ahead of time it’s still not ready when you get there. They also are always out of everything and instead of taking it off the app they leave it on there and say too bad when you get there. There’s a Starbucks and Panera within walking distance of this Dunks. Go there and don’t bother here.

The Workers are always getting the Food wrong or over cooked. I go only once a week. The Cashier takes forever ringing the order. First time I ordered “Lemonade”. Would you like Cream and Sugar it’s Lemonade??? The food was not prepared the same as another DUNKS I go to five days aweek. They take to long making the order several times. The Lemonade comes out already made just put in the Ice and Cup?

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever been into in Massachusetts. The staff do not understand a lick of English I asked for a cookie dough frozen coffee clear as day. The picture is on the board and they not only make me the wrong frozen and coffee they also gave me an attitude and started speaking in their language because they felt like I was wrong when I order a frozen coffee daily.

They over charge your order. If you ask for regular flavor they charge .10 without asking. I get when you ask for extra flavor, but I didn’t ask for extra flavor. And when they fix your coffee they just dump a little out and put in more coffee. And still charge you for the extra flavor. Crazy. Their over charging their customers.
