The staff were very polite and the store itself is clean and quiet. HOWEVER, my pizza was raw in the middle. Cheese ver the top was still shreds, hasn’t melted. Hit the dough, and absolutely felt disgusting. Ruined my lunch.

I placed an online order, detailed what i wanted on my pizzas. When I got there to pick up the order, it was given to me and I inspected the pizzas to make sure that they were how I order them. Upon checking I noticed that they weren’t, I told the guy that handed them to me that it wasnt the way I ordered it he then took the pizzas open around the restaurant to show the two girls that were making them that it was wrong. One of them had a bad attitude and was not willing to fix the problem. The other girl came up to the counter trying to tell me that the order was correct when I showed her was was wrong and asked them to remake them she said ok, and proceeded to let the other girl with the bad attitude to remake them. I was told that they would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited over 40 minutes just for them to tell me that they had a miscommunication and that they only baked one (it was supposed to be 3) and that i had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest of my order. I said no and to refund me. I asked for her name because they did not have on name tags, she said she could not give me her name, I asked for the managers name she said she could not give me that either. I asked for corporate she again said she could not give me that information. If I could give them a 0 I would. Horrible experience, the employees looked miserable. Very bad service.

We ate here last night, and the pizza was horrible and made me sick. First of all, there was WAY too much sauce, and then it was still doughy and not baked long enough. The toppings were slidding off the pizza when you tried to get a piece. Also, the Jalapeno bread was over baked and not cheesy. I’m not happy with this experience and may not eat at this one anymore. Ended up throwing out both pizzas to our neighborhood raccoons. Hopefully, they will like it. Waste of $42.00, and I have heartburn. 🙁

I order here often but only get pizza – which I rarely have complaints about. I wanted to try the loaded chicken and was eager to do so. Upon opening the box, I was shocked to see what was presented. It did not resemble the menu photo and looked unsightly. Chicken was soggy and gristly and edges were burnt. I ended up tossing it. I’m not sure if this is standard for this or just a fluke, but I will be sticking to pizza for now!

Gone are the days when you can call up and order a pizza online and get specials.. at least at this restaurant.. kid on the phone when I asked about specials simply said one word.. online.. I asked “you have no in-house specials”… “ONLINE!” Was the only response I got..
It makes it very difficult for a disabled woman surviving stage four cancer and having slight memory loss to get the specials online when I have no computer and my phone screen is cracked to the point that I can make phone calls and use speech to text.
Two stars for atmosphere and service.. and the food was not spectacular for the $55 I paid!

Almost every time I order pizza from this Domino’s location, it’s burnt. Someone ordered pizza for me last night and 5 out of the 8 slices were burnt and hard to eat. I felt sick afterwards. I had to throw the rest out. I’m disappointed.

I live very close to this location is literally the only reason I continued to allow these people to play with me and my food. If it’s not a million bubbles …the dough isn’t correct. Tonight I ordered 3 NY Style pizzas because it’s is made different yet what I got was IDK! And I went to call but all that automated bs is annoying . When spending my money i would like to be satisfied and if my children werent looking forward to the piza i wouldve returned them. I doubt I will order from this location I will drive to bridegport from now on.

Garbage service. I ordered on the Dominos App, I opted to pay in the restaurant, but the store location already charged my account. When I showed the transaction on my Door Dash Crimson Debit Card to the manager. She confused ordering Dominos on Door Dash to paying via the Door Dash Crimson Debit Card.
And with her abysmal service she couldnt have been bothered to acknowledge her store made a mistake. So instead of amending the issue I had to cancel my order because the manager lacks any form or sense and resolve.
Its not my fault that their store location charged my account but didnt process the payment. Honestly wanted to be a returning customer but I cant when I showed it was your store that made the unauthorized transaction on my account and you get fixated over the fact that im using a DoorDasher Debit Card and then blame my employer for making the transaction your store clearly made. Its poor service and unprofessional.
