Time and date of my visit, 7/27/2025 @5:25pm, I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee working at the time—who told me her name was Maria—was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. She was not wearing a name tag and made the entire experience uncomfortable.
I’ve always enjoyed Subway for its consistency and customer service, but this visit was frustrating and upsetting. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue, because no customer should be treated this way.

Went it for a quick lunch at around noon yesterday. The staff was alright, the meat portion was covered from customer view.
I literally got toasted bread and steak. The steak tastes sour and I ended up puking it out within a couple hours.
The vegetables looked old an rotten so I decided against those(luckily).
I went back later that day to let the employees know, but she started talking back saying I should have brought the sandwich back after i told her it got me ill. She then proceeded to stand there not really responding to my concerns for FOOD SAFETY.
I wasn’t going to leave an online review until after out conversation.
At the end of the day I spend $9 on 6 inches of meat and bread I ended up puking out.
I haven’t had much bad experience from any Subway restaurants, but this one was definitely the worse.
Their work ethics(obstructing customer views from the food product) is very concerning.

Worst customer service I’ve ever ever seen in a Subway franchise. She just threw the meat on the sandwich unevenly. Complained about how I ordered my ingredients. They just rush rush rush. It wasn’t even busy anf they were in a hurry. My spicy sandwich didn’t taste like the spicy sandwich I get in Fillmore. Their wasn’t fully stocked, I had to ask for the ones I wanted. I hate to complain but it was awful. will not go back there I rather pay more money and get Chinese next door. I’m not saying all the workers there suck just the 2 girls that worked on Monday, October 1st, at 11:30AM.

This Subway gets Kudos for friendliness as well as for remembering their clients. I can usually go there and they know what I want and prepare it just like I like it. If that’s not great service, I don’t know what is. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome, they are fast and efficient, which is pretty special in itself because they can get really packed in there on matinee movie days/nights. More Subway restaurants should take a lesson from these young people, and please don’t forget to leave a tip.

I asked for my sandwich to be toasted on the special instructions on my mobile order. It wasn’t toasted and and a worker said I had to pay extra and had to apply it on the app but there is no option for toasted which is why I wrote in the special directions. They refused to toast it for me.

This Subway isn’t the worst I’ve seen, but the owner of the store is probably the worst part of it. Just today, i walked in and asked for a cup of water from the girl behind the counter, and she told me the owners rules that he doesn’t give out cups of water or let non-customers use the bathroom. The girl was courteous about it, but I could sense she didn’t agree with his policies. Also, every time I’ve been in there, it seems like something is dragging the morale of the people working in there down. I guess no water no bathroom unless you’re paying for food at the moment (as if I haven’t been in there multiple times) is only the tip of the iceberg. I’d imagine there’s high turnover of employees who would otherwise be excellent workers.

Gina one of the employees was giving me the worse costumer service of all times. She was making my sandwich then she started grabbing her hair and when I asked politely to add extra sauce she gave me a bad look and mumble angrily then she just throw my sandwich at the cash register I end up not buying it since it’s bad costumer service.
