Last time I had KFC in the states was 6 years ago, however it was over fried and literally trash. The chicken at the Plainfield KFC was perfect, the restaurant is remodeled and clean. I hope they keep up with the high quality; not like other KFC’s nowadays.

Every time I try to give them a chance, they mess up my order. Cold and raining, and they forget my coleslaw. I called, and they put me on hold without putting me on hold so I can hear them talk about other orders and not my issue. So far, the tots and gravy are nasty. I really wanted the slaw for my chicken to help with the taste. I won’t make this mistake again. Update the waffle was disgusting as well. Thick, hard, and taste like chemicals.

This Plainfield KFC is hands down the best KFC around! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile, and the employees are always friendly, professional, and on point. They work efficiently to get orders out quickly without ever compromising on quality.
The Chicken is awesome! Crispy, flavorful, and always fresh( exactly how fried chicken should be.) And the best part is that this facility is spotless. It’s clear that they take pride not just in their food, but in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Ordered chicken sandwiches (one reg, one spicy), fries, drink and apple pies (2 for @$1.25). KFC chicken sandwiches are my preferred choice. They were definitely made to order and nice and hot. I could have used a little more sauce and a thicker piece of chicken (like the promo pic ) but everything was hot and good. Fries were crunchy however I really miss the wedges. Apple pies were pretty good too. Nice balance and sweet with flaky crust. Enjoyed the meal.

Fast and friendly service with a smile here. If you’re not sure about a menu choice, they’ll answer any questions you may have. Reasonably priced menu options and they have good dessert choices as well. Drive thru can be busy on weekend nights, but they keep things moving.

I usually enjoy coming to this KFC but tonight has to be the worse experience ever. Ordering was fine. I got to the window and everything went downhill from there. The young man with braces had no clue how to read my order back to me and was extremely rude.I confirmed my order 2 times!. Only to still have the wrong order when I got home and hair in my food. His attitude was so baddd he forgot to give me my drinks. I had 3 meals. He told me to bye and forgot to give me my drinks so I had to remind him. He came back with 2 drinks!. I said if I got 3 meals shouldn’t I have 3 drinks? He said oh yea smh. Worst experience. I usually encounter 2 lovely ladies when I go to this KFC. It will be a looong time before I go back.
