Best Chinese food in Williamsport. Recommend the Shanghai Shrimp. Only wish Crab Rangoon had more crab. Noticed only mostly cream cheese last few times.

Oh! I forgot to show you their “fresh” crispy noodles! After telling them please DO NOT add to order if they aren’t the actual freshly fried crispy noodles, didn’t want any bagged old ones. I literally want to drive over there now and throw all this food onto their floor. I barely ate half a chicken wing that was horribly greasy , not crispy or fresh, so salty I couldn’t try the rest of chicken. Had tiny little bit of tasteless greasy fried rice , but was also so greasy like old pan grease rest tasted like, and couldn’t finish it. One bit of teriyaki chicken that was beyond so dry I could barely swallow it. This place and people are HORRID!!!! Horrid food, horrid delivery time, horrid service when things weren’t right or edible … ORDER FROM THE WALL! They get it right.

Pre ordered on line to be de6bt noon. It wasn’t there. I called.
” It’s on its way”. 20 minutes later I called again. ” It will be there in a minute”. Driver calls me to say it’s here. I told him to ring the bell since I wasn’t there. He continued to say he was here. I finally got a hold of the person inside the house to come to the door to receive the food.

Ordered the general chicken. Tasted plain like it was watered down. Called them and they said that they sold a few with no complaints. Sauce was thin with no color. Kids are older now so now seem arrogant. Told them that the Sauce wasn’t the same. They said it was, like I was lying or something. Second time it was like this. Been going there for years too. Not no more. Sauce for egg foo young was watery. Place went down hill fast.

The cold sesame noodles were fine but the black bean shrimp and the Shanghai shrimp were mediocre at best. Not much flavor except salt and possibly soy sauce. The mushrooms were real, not canned. The portions are plentiful with plenty of large shrimp for the price. When you order, they’ll assume you want the larger portion so be specific.

Its rapidly gone down hill. This time will be my last the food is straight up not good anymore. Got an egg roll and it had a few shreds of pork but it was literally 99% cabbage. Got chicken corn soup and it was so bad I ate a few bites and threw it out. And they have like 13 year olds running the counter.

Driving back after a long weekend in Potter County, we were surprised to see Joy Thai Cuisine closed. Saddened, we started driving towards Jasmine Restaurant (its Thai food used to be very good back in 2013), when Hong Kong Restaurant pops up as we turn into Little League Road. We decided to give it a try, and OMG, what a great delight! The hot and sour soup was delicious; the noodle soup was tasty; and the main dishes were excellent.

We stopped by on our way back from Knoebels. It was in a quiet plaza. The restaurant front is very modest. There was a table with chairs, and a restroom, but it’s only a take out counter. We ended up eating in the car.
We ordered 1) pan fried pork dumplings, 2) black peppered beef with peppers/onions, and 3) mixed seafood with mixed vegetables 4) plain rice. We got our food in good time (15mins). The price was reasonable ($47) and portions were decent. I liked that the main dishes had veggies in it. Food was delicious and flavourful. Dumpling skin was a bit thick for our liking but still crispy and yummy. We would definitely go back.
Highly recommend if you are looking for reasonably priced, quick and fresh /delicious Chinese food, speaking from a Chinese person.
