I came in here tonight around 9pm. There was one man working. He was very kind and polite! I loved the cozy feeling of the restaurant, it felt like a nice southern home. The food I brought home was AMAZING. I have ate at many clock restaurants, but the calabash chicken at this particular restaurant is the best I’ve had. Thank you to this man for being so kind, I had just left the hospital with my newborn and this experience was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had.

Good chili burger fries and coleslaw, good milkshake too. I liked the fries especially, they remind me of old Dixie Fried Chicken in Orlando FL with twice fried crinkle fries, and the bread of the burger also. I will have to try their chicken. Nice place to stop and bring your food to the park. Nice old fashioned place to sit also. Good price also. $12 for the meal

Did not like the food much especially the onion rings. How can you call it the clock and not have a meat an 3??!! I feel mean but that’s just how it was. Chili cheeseburger wasn’t bad though.

Just one guy working alone listening to the radio. Told me they opened in 1959. Inside is cozy, quiet, relaxed. Traditional southern diner food. Open for breakfast. Cool spot.

I love coming here the owner is very friendly and personable. We talk about our family and today we talk about this generation and how different it is from when we were children. I enjoy the bacon cheese burger plate and my man always gets the double cheeseburger plate all fries. Everything is fixed fresh to order in front of us. Great service and the restaurant is always clean and the restrooms were absolutely clean as well. Today I tried the square fish sandwich and it was delicious think I will have it again next time. Overall great day

Are you ridiculously old? Do you hate flavors and or change? Then this is the place for you! Very bland and no taste. Not a spec of salt on anything. This assuredly will not upset your geriatric stomach. If you don’t fit this description the food is very bland and the milkshakes taste more like milk than a shake. The fries were fresh at least. But salt doesn’t stick well after they’re plated already. Gross.

I think most of the people making post here are referring to the wrong restaurant the clock number 5 that I visited was not that great. The gentleman running the place which seem to be the owner was rude and not friendly at all. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this one.
