One should not be fooled by the humble exterior of this place. The food is excellent— great ingredients and perfectly prepared. My favorite taqueria by far (and I do love taquerias).

Best Mexican restaurant in Healdsburg!!! Mexican food is definitely my fav type of food and Guadalajara does not disappoint! The burrito manadero is like no burrito I have ever tried, it is SO good that I crave it when I’m not working in Healdsburg! I’ve been coming here for 7 years and the staff remembers my order, along with my special order of lemons! They are extremely kind and thoughtful!
They also have an outdoor area for sitting with your dogs! You have to visit Taqueria Guadalajara! It is delicious!!!

I only just found this restuarant recently and it’s already my #1 favorite Mexican restaurant to go to. The staff is freind and the food is amazing. I love the 2 mixed meats they do of chorizo with asada. They just go really well together in a burrito. The restaurant is small though so getting a table wont be to easy. The aesthetic is simple a couple picture frames on the wall but its nice.

I ordered the shrimp soup for take-out. It came in a large container with enough for 4 large helpings i should think, with loads of large shrimp . Somehow I managed to eat it all, it was so delicious I just kept going!!!:) I’d highly recommend that soup. It has an authentic level of warm Mexican spiciness and also has chunks of a variety of veges. It came with crispy corn chips and salsa.
