cold fries every time I go there, they fill the drinks up the the rim so when you put a straw in the soda comes out the top and spills all over. i would recommend not going inside this one ever. with the middle school so close the inside looks like after school day care with no super vision. dirty, trash on the tables and floors. honestly skip this location and go the the one on moorpark road.

Second time this week they screwed up my order at the drive through. Which means someone else got a screwed up order. Which means we all will have to go through everything in our bag before we pull away from the window meaning the line is going to get reeeealy slow.
What happened to this location? They won’t even put extra salt in ur fries (spoiler alert: no one wants to add their own salt while they are driving)

I got a big mac 1/2 way through the burger tasted like fish i immediately started puking i got the bug mac at 11:15 last night 12 hr later my stomach still feels sick. Of course when yiu call to tell them no one anwsers the phone . Tasted luke raw fish

I’m tempted to say “blink twice if you are being held against your will” whenever I come here. Look, I’ve worked service too, I hated doing it. But if I tell you have a good day, I feel the correct response would be to say it back. I know for a fact not everyone even bothers to look at us service workers as people, I get it, I understand the struggle. But ignoring me when I am trying to be nice to you and just looking at me blankly is not the move. Just basic human communication y’all, I’m not asking for perfect service, I know where I am. Whatever is going on at this location that employees look like a couple of interactions away from offing themselves needs to change, and I’m sure this is an issue all across the board because companies don’t want to treat workers like human beings.

Due to the increase on food prices – I’m very selective on my dining choices now. And this place just removed itself from my future options…

1) Trying to order – 5 employees passed me without a word. Not “Be with you in a moment” or “Sorry for the delay”.
2) Who knew trying to find a seat in a nearly empty dining room would be difficult? With only 2 others seated – all their tables were dirty. Since the 5 employees who passed me were not taking my order – they sure weren’t cleaning either.
3) Charging for extra condiments now? I just paid $16! Common sense would say have another condiment to enjoy your overcharged meal at your dirty table.

It’s almost like McDonalds doesn’t care they have customers anymore.

Rude employees every single time we go to this location. They act like you are bothering them and rush you to order and when you get to the window they look like they hate you for coming there and treat you that way as well.
Also, they aren’t trained well on taking orders. Asked for an Arnold Palmer and they charged us for two drinks saying it’s because they had to mix the lemonade with the tea. ??? Have receipts to prove it. Never has that happened at any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. Franchise owner… do better.

we sat in after a long softball game. the inside was really hot, it was bearable after a while but not ideal. food was fine; our gripe is with the service mostly. our other gripe is regarding other customers which says more about the area and the parenting of teenage boys in said area but not mcdonald’s fault.

what *was* their fault was the service. my nephew’s fries in his happy meal were forgotten, my sister’s drink was the wrong size, i got straight up ignored when i went up to ask for a ranch cup-i was standing there and another customer was handed his food and then a manager [i’m assuming she is a manager from her light blue colored shirt] looked me in my eye and darted back into the kitchen. i was standing there for about 5 long minutes before i finally moved to where i could see into the kitchen and debated on grabbing a ranch cup for myself! somehow right as i was about to step behind the register and get my own damn ranch, someone happened to be walking by and noticed me but i still had to ask her for help rather than her asking me. so that was extra annoying.

Went to pick up our online orders. My friend requested one bbq and one sweet and sour sauce. The man working proceeded to question how many sauces she received and said she needed to pay for more when she was kindly asking to exchange them. Moreover we found a long hair that was melted into the cheese in our Big Mac. The service was horrible and we are in disbelief.
