FEATHERS STILL ON MY WING 2nd time ordering from this place its ridiculous. Paced order online 30-45min showed up and hour later gave them time bc i know they get buzy….currently still waiting in the parking lot 20min later for my food to be ready… 30min later get my food. Oh and theres a line of ppl waiting at the door for their orders. 1st time tried to place an order Sunday afternoon was on the phone for 20+min driving to the place after being put on hold, once i got there I seeing they left me with the phone placed on the side off the hook as to not receive any more calls. The least thing they could have done was give me some type of compensation but nope a simple sorry was it. This place doesn’t do well under pressure meaning when they are buzzy

The WORST!!! They gave me the wrong order, had to drive all the way back, informed them of their mistake, and instead of apologizing all she asked was what’s the name?!? The same exact thing she asked the first time around! I opened the bag in front of them just to make sure that the order is right this time. No apologies! No NOTHING at all!

I had a very frustrating experience at this Wingstop due to poor customer service from Sydney, who also claimed to be the manager. After paying for my food, I noticed I had been overcharged for large fries and large drinks I never ordered. When I brought it to Sydney’s attention, instead of apologizing or explaining, she was dismissive and rude, saying, “Do you want your money back?” Another employee suggested letting me keep the cups and refunding part of the charge, but when I explained it was more than a dollar, Sydney aggressively took the cups back, threw them in the trash, and finally gave me a refund. When I asked for a manager, Sydney said she was the manager and rudely asked what the problem was. Later, I overheard another staff member pointing out that she had also given me the wrong fries. Only after checking my receipt again did I realize the full extent of the overcharge. Thankfully, the young man who was working stepped in, explained things clearly, and treated me with respect. He was the only positive part of this experience. Sydney’s lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dismissive attitude left a very negative impression.

Today’s crew was pro! It’s a football playoff Sunday with the Niners one game away from the superbowl and these guys pull through. Fast service on a 33 piece order. Perfect serving temperature too. Great job!

The food is good but they charge $2 dollars for extra ranch i think thats greedy being a 6 piece combo is almost $30 i mean dang where is the customer appreciation ! Most wingstops give you free ranch or ranch for a buck but $2.09 is just plain greedy so if you can just order from Pittsburg they give customers more for their money .

We got off of our out-of-town job and could not get dinner till about 9:30 and we looked to see who was open and this place was, and it was a great experience. The food was great and it was a nice clean place. We had to wait for like a solid 20 minutes but it was worth it. It’s good that it wasn’t sitting in the warmers waiting for us.

After my son’s football game, I visited the nearby Wingstop restaurant. Upon my arrival, I was immediately struck by the establishment’s cleanliness. The floors were spotless, the tables were meticulously arranged, and the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting.
Approaching the counter to place my order, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient staff members. The assistant manager, Luz, greeted me warmly and quickly assisted me with my order. Her thoughtful recommendations and suggestions added a personal touch to my dining experience.
Throughout my visit, I observed the staff members working diligently to ensure that every order was prepared to the highest quality standard. Their quickness and efficiency were undoubtedly noteworthy.
After a short wait, my order was ready, and I could enjoy my perfectly cooked wings. I was very impressed with the level of service and food quality at this Wingstop location. I will be returning to this location in the future.

This store is usually very busy due to it being so small but overall the best / quickest Wingstop in the area. I normally place orders and when I go to pick it up it’s ready and freshly made. It can seem like they’re slow because the lobby is so small and gets crowded fast but the most I’ve waited for a meal here is 10 minutes. Which is fair on a busy day.. not really suited to eat inside but you can if you want to.
