My family ordered from here yesterday and unfortunately there was a bug in my food. I drove back to receive a refund but I was told a bug in my food does not qualify for a refund. They offered to remake the food but I explained I didn’t want to eat there anymore and was still met with pushback. So if you get a bug in your food and they refuse a refund just ask for a corporate number. Then they will give you one. Hopefully no one else had a similar experience.

I go here maybe once a week and this has never happened. I took a bite of my noodles and there were bits of plastic. My wife called the store and the employee named Jay refused to check if the rest of the food had plastic. They wanted to comp us 2 meals instead of a refund. If you can comp 2 meals, then shouldn’t you be able to do a refund? Just wanted to warn people that they aren’t following food safety and when you let them know, they just say “mmm”

I rarely EVER post a bad review. Normally very grateful for restaurant service workers & typically understanding of the stressors they face on busy nights. But tonight, the service was just rude. We’ve been coming to this location since they opened. Never had a complaint. Tonight an employee & mgr treated me like I was trying to steal a sirloin steak entree. What is that even worth $10? We ordered a family meal (with the sirloin steak as an upcharged option) plus orange chicken as an ala carte option. I had my order confo/receipt in hand, which showed we paid for the family meal with the steak & the orange chicken ala carte. First I mentioned it to the cashier who said it’s not on here (showing me their printout). So I go to my order confo/receipt on my phone, but he let another lady on the service line know the issue before I could show him. Maybe he didn’t know what to do, so asked someone who would. Then this next lady proceeds to show me the print out again & says it’s not on here again. She walks away to continue fulfilling orders before I can show her my order confo/receipt. The cashier continues fulfilling orders & cashing out people. So, I wait until she comes near me again and I show her the details of my order & the amount I paid. She walks away again. A supervisor comes up and says “Do you have proof that you paid? Because it’s not on here (showing me the printout… again).” I show her my receipt & order confirmation. And again she shows me the print out and says “but it’s not on here (again).” At this point, it still seemed like she was refusing to fulfill our order properly. I had to tell her basically “Well, I paid for it. So I should get it.” And she had the nerve to tell me to calm down because by that point I had a very very very annoyed tone (I was just told 4 times that it’s not on their printout & I just showed them proof of my order confo & payment twice). The mgr walked away to get the steak entree in a huff as if she was doing us a favor for giving us food that we paid for. Why would I try to steal $10 worth of food when we just spent nearly $60? Common sense. Rude enough to post this rare bad review & never order from here again.

So I come to this Panda quite a lot. Speed or service, quality of food and the amount of protein I get per dollar. All of this is important to me.

Yet, for some odd reason, any time I use the drive thru I always run into this guy Luis at the window. The guy usually has a smile on, good vibes, is always looking out for me and loves my dog if I ever bring him with me. For the ladies, this is the spot you gotta go to because I heard my boy might be single, got game, swag and is an all around nice guy. He cares about his customers that swings by and in the food service industry, that can be challenging to do. So imagine how he would take care of you? He would be considered an exotic Hispanic probably here in the springs too. I would be very disappointed if this guy didn’t get promoted, ran his own store, got a few pay raises on top of it, because if Panda truly cared about their people, this guy is an absolute requirement to be on the top of your list, if not, you should give him a letter of recommendation and personally have this man go to another company who can use his leadership, care, support, and willingness to do right for others, as you vouch for him yourself and go out of your way to make sure this man can do whatever he can to be the best version of himself.

Update: Soooo the last review is still current. They need to work on not overcooking the rice and making it so dry. But again the meats are good. And for those that wanna try something new, know that they nolonger allow samples. So choose your food wisely. Hopefully you don’t waste your money on something nasty to your tastes. Another thing I wanna add is they need to wear better head bands or nets. I called to tell them that they had hair in my bowl and they just brushed me off and hung up. And as a result, I will never be going there again.

Yeah… rice was dry and only good thing was most of the meats.

Please check your to-go orders or stop tying the bag shut.

I visit this location at least once per week. I order ahead online. Usually the exact same thing.

The order itself is correct but I select to add soy sauce and utensils every time.

But, when I walk in, I have to fight the bag open to check so I can then ask for soy sauce because it’s absent.

This creates another interruption for the worker. They even ask how many? Dude, just throw some packets in the bag! Why did I have to check!?

Anyway, please, either leave the bag open or stop forgetting the one thing that’s supposed to be compulsory at a Chinese food joint.

I I typically dont write reviews but feel inclined to write about this store.

I usually enjoy Panda Express and have been a loyal customer for years because the food is consistently good and the service is friendly. However, this specific location has been disappointing multiple times now. On three separate visits, the food quality has been noticeably lower than usual — portions are small, items taste old or overcooked, and the overall freshness just isn’t there.
In addition, the staff has not been very hospitable. The experience feels rushed and unwelcoming compared to other Panda Express locations. I really hope management takes notice and brings this location back up to the standards Panda Express is known for

Tiny portions of meat on the bigger plate I got 4 pieces of orange chicken, and a slightly larger portion of Bejing beef, and a ton of chow mein. Went thru the drive through, had to wait a really long time because they were out of chow main.
Several cars were waiting for their food, I went inside to wait. The Hispanic lady was rude and somehow offended that I went inside to wait rather than wait in my car, which was weird. It seemed like a disaster behind the counter with several employees trying to play catch up after running out of chow mein. The good side though, the food was still really good, the meat portions were tiny, but the quality of the food seemed spot on.

OK, let’s start this review off by saying this to all the folks who left a 1 Star Review for this place: Please quit spreading negative vibes, disrespecting this business and others by leaving negative 1 Star Reviews, and try to see some Good in this Restaurant, and in other Business and People!!

Moving on, this Restaurant is beyond words excellent!! The staff are so kind and amazing, the food is so delicious and warm, the tables are all clean, it feels like stepping into your own little Paradise. This Magnificent Restaurant is such a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Restaurant!! Also, this Restaurant is fairly priced, for 3 people, My father, sister, and I only spent $37.05 Dollars, not bad, right?

Remember, no Restaurant is perfect (although I would argue that this Restaurant is almost perfect ☺!!), and no one is perfect either. So, please give this Restaurant a chance, and have some Patience, along with Gratitude, because these folks that work at this Restaurant, they choose basically, to come to work, and people are dying of starvation in 3rd World Countries, such as Africa . So, please give this Restaurant some of your time, love, and appreciation. It more than deserves it.

Paid cash at the drive-through and was shorted on change because they “don’t use pennies,” with rounding done in the store’s favor. If you stop using pennies, rounding should be fair or benefit the customer.

Also, Panda has changed their to-go boxes so entrée portions are noticeably smaller, while rice/chow mein takes up most of the box. Less value for the same price. Disappointing.
