There were more that happened with my experience tonight with subway, although I feel like this is the only thing that can explain how it went. Knife wrapped into my sandwich. Very poor service from heidi and Jaiden.

Came in with a group, several of us had coupons as we were eating & paying separately. The girls who were working told us we were “conga lining” & could only use one coupon across multiple, separate transactions. Nowhere on the coupons Subway mails out does it say this.. We said we were surprised since we’ve used the coupons this way for years – The girls got really intense & started asking for name & description of the employee who had helped us, like there had been a crime committed!? We’ve come to this location for years but since the owner is going to be this stingy with their own coupons, we’ll be sticking with the Mead subway from now on.

What an experience? My daughter and I visited three Subway locations, and our experience was quite disappointing. The first two locations were closed earlier than their posted hours, and the third location no longer exists. We managed to get our sandwiches at the third location, despite the staff being short-handed and one employee struggling with allergies. Although the sandwiches were good, it’s concerning that these locations are closing early, particularly during peak dinner hours.

I’ve been going into this Subway a few times a week cause my wife loves the nachos. Up until my last 2 visits they were friendly and nice when I went in, during both of my last 2 visits when I asked for the nachos they told me that they were out of the ingredients, when I inquired about which ingredients they said they were out of the boxes for the nachos when I pointed to the boxes labeled as for nachos the employee then said that they would not serve me as I did not tip them previously. I said ok and left.

Great experience! We live in hillyard and we avoid that subway from now on after coming here! The one in hillyard closes 15 minutes early or will tell you they cant serve you because they’re about to close..their reviews speak for themselves.
However, I did not catch her name but she was lovely, she literally made my night.. I had a shitty day at work and I just wanted subway! She had a great attitude and energy and I loved it! Thank you!

Went this evening about 8 pm on 2/8/2025…
The young lady working had THE worst attitude, as tho we were simply a huge bother to make us sandwiches and they were easy too. We always go to this location because they have always been very accommodating, kind and easy to talk to. I can’t say if we will return to this location because she made us feel like we ruined her day for showing up. very disappointing.

Store closes at 9 pm go there at 8:31 to order a sandwich they ask if I have a pick up I don’t then they make an ugh sound like I just rained on their parade. So I asked if they were closed they said getting close so they couldn’t make my sandwich. Worst subway I have ever been to. If it was like 10 maybe 15 minutes before close then I would understand.
