Ordered on phone at 6:20. When I talked to the guy he said 45 min wait this was at 6:20. I wasn’t even in town I was doing errands and didn’t get done until 6:15. They had my pizza made saying at 3:58pm. They said I ordered online and I didn’t order online. The manager wouldn’t remake it even though it was cold and I even provided what time I called there line which is a third party. The pizza is made poorly I ask for 1/2 mushrooms and this is what I get! It’s sad you get better service later at night than dinner time. I promise you I won’t be doing carry out anymore. I would travel to a different location then go to this one that your nit even greeted at. At least I know if I order online the food is hot when it’s delivered through the damn app. Only down fall there is that it’s expensive for delivery. This place is falling apart. Last I checked places like this is suppose to be customer satisfaction not about the loss of product that cost cheaper then the amount charged for a pizza.

Put it n an order at 5pm for a ready time at 7pm and im being told that it will be another 25-30 minutes and all he can tell me is sorry it’s not their fault I’ll never order from this place ever again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

We’ve ordered a few times recently had great pizza! This time the pizza was entirely burnt around the crust. We called to see if we could bring it back in to have it exchanged and the worker told us that we needed to contact uber eats. I advised that we would just want an exchange and would bring it in and he said he would “ask” and then the line disconnected. Very frusterating situation!

The quality of this store has taken a sharp downward turn. Numerous orders have had missing requests. They forgot to add additional toppings and now on two consecutive orders have forgotten to add the parmesan garlic crust topping. – They cannot be trusted anymore. Always check carry out orders before leaving and demand compensation when they mess up. I can’t help but think this is due to hiring workers in the ever changing demographics of the surrounding area.

We ordered a chicken bbq pizza. Not only was it 20 mins past the 45 min mark they told us. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever seen. No bbq and about 5 lbs of onions. Not to mention sausage on most of it. It was disgusting

Ordered through door dash last night. The delivery and driver were on point! The food was DISGUSTING! We got a pizza that looked like it was thrown on the floor before they put it in the box. We also ordered garlic/Parm bread sticks and garlic/Parm boneless wings…..it was like the Parmesan went bad months ago. Bread sticks were doughy and squishy….. The chicken was similar to that fake crunchy chicken or they made it with gizzards.
