If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
This small business has absolutely no sense of urgency or empathy for its customers. The staff’s attitude was rude and dismissive from start to finish.
We waited over an hour for our food while watching other customers who arrived after us get served first. When we finally received our food to eat in, no one greeted us, brought our drinks, or even acknowledged us. We were also still waiting on our chips and guacamole.
After having to go back up ourselves and asking to switch the order to carry-out, there was no apology or explanation for the delay. When the food was finally ready, we were told, “Oh, we just ran out of horchata,” even though it was ordered an hour earlier.
To make things worse, once we got to the car and checked our bags, there was no sauce at all. Who eats tacos without sauce? We went back inside and instead of fixing it, the staff responded with, “There wasn’t any in the bag?” as if it was somehow our fault.
Completely unacceptable customer service. A little accountability and basic respect go a long way. If this is how customers are treated, this business won’t get very far.

Wow! I was just told about La Fogata and the food is AMAZING! I had the Loaded Nachos with Carne Asada & Shrimp very delicious! I had a sample of the Carne Asada Loaded Fries those were great as well. Their guacamole is fresh made to order. Wonderful service while dining inside. Can’t wait to go back!

Placed an order online via DoorDash with clear instructions however they were ignored bistec sandwich was very dry, bland & Horrible been eating here for years never had that experience before not sure if it’s a staff issue or a quality issue but I definitely won’t be back I don’t recommend..

Best tacos I’ve had since I moved here from San Diego in 2006. I don’t speak much Spanish so a coworker had to order for me but I definitely recommend trying this place out. Absolutely amazing.

Food is good, but take FOREVERRRR to prepare food. If you order called like 40 minutes ahead ! I’ve dashed here as well and I had to wait 30 minutes to receive customers food. Just ridiculous wait .. I could only imagine the person that was there before me.
