Every time I go to Ellianos I’m greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. Laurel, my favorite barista always has my frappe exactly how I like it. She knows my vehicle and has my frappe started before I can order. I get the same thing every time and it makes me smile knowing that she remembers every single time. Laurel makes my experience pleasant and sweet every time I visit. You are the MVP in my book. Keep up the good work.

I’ve gotten sandwiches and grit bowls and drinks from this Ellianos. So good, love it. My son and I stopped by a couple of days ago while in Live Oak because I was going to Murphy’s to get gas and a young lady named Shannon took my order at the window, she was very polite, got my order correct and was fast about getting it to me. I would refer anyone I know to go to Ellianos.

I drove 1 mile in off of I-10 on exit 283, to find this coffee place, with a very weird coffee request. I was highly impressed by Madison’s quick problem-solving skills, since my coffee order was very unique. Long story short – it was definitely worth driving the mile down the strip to find this coffee shop.

Absolutely terrible experience at Ellianos Coffee. They completely ignore what you tell them at the window and somehow manage to make something totally different every time. If you can’t remember an order, write it down—it’s not that hard! With 7 Brews opening right next door, there’s really no reason to waste your money here. Go somewhere that actually listens and gets it right the first time.
