Sadly a very disappointing experience.
I was dining as part of a small group and the evening felt disjointed from the outset. Service appeared understaffed and unorganised, with no single member of staff responsible for our table. Instead, different people came over throughout the evening, which seemed to impact communication and consistency. My starter, calamari, was acceptable but on the chewy side, although it was served with a nice mayonnaise. My main arrived before the rest of the table, so I began eating rather than letting it go cold. Even so, it felt like it had been sat waiting, as parts of the dish were already cold around the edges. While the flavours were good, the temperature and timing let it down.
The atmosphere was very loud, with bar staff shouting to grab attention of the service staff. Our table was poorly lit with no lamp, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to see. One member of our group later found a hair in their food, which understandably put the rest of us off.
We were offered complimentary limoncello, but when we explained that the evening had been disappointing, the response felt indifferent. When we asked whether a manager might want to address our experience, we were plainly told no, which is disappointing.
We had hoped to find a nice Italian restaurant, but sadly this was not it. Certainly not good value for money. Based on this experience, we would not return.

Went with the family for a early dinner. Staff were attentive polite and professional. Seating was great with a comfortable coach which my young teenagers liked. Food was delicious and the timing of the meal was great. Desserts were a treat. Will be going again for a special occasion. I left an item behind and the staff kindly rang me so I could collect. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Took my in laws for a meal with my husband & was actually embarrassed by how bad the food was. Every dish was frozen, bland & we were extremely unsatisfied at the end. Staff & Ambience were good but the food needs serious improvement.

Stopped here right before closing time but still got our coffee and desserts. Cannolis were delicious, but coffee was too hot for too long, so we didn’t get the chance to feel the taste of it. Still good place with cozy atmosphere, would come again to taste the menu and other drinks.
