I just discovered them last week and I’ve already ordered the General Tso’s TWICE. Ming’s has absolutely blown my mind with the QUALITY of this General Tso’s Americanized Chinese takeway meal. It is FRIED TO PERFECTION. The meat is TENDER and slightly crispy and PERFECTLY SEASONED. The broccoli is only partially cooked, still crispy yet saucy. AND THE PORTIONS ARE PHENOMINAL.

We have been going to Ming’s Restaurant for years. The food is always cooked well and the portions are large. I prefer brown rice over yellow, so that is a bonus. The employees are always kind and my orders are always accurate.

I had Fried hot smoked sausages Served with steamed rice and dinner roll (gravy). It was delicious. No complaints at all. Back in the 70’s – early 90’s these meals came with rolls really don’t see that much anymore. I totally recommend this place.

I ordered Szechuan beef and I have no clue what they gave me. Also got the beef fried rice and it tastes like dish soap. First few times I ate here I had no complaints but this go around was horrible.

The Sichuan beef was great flavor, as was the general taos chicken. I would never have know it was there if not for my usual Chinese spot closed. Definitely would order from there again. The sauces are a little on the sweet side, but I like sweet heat.

Rented apartment in Legends at the Beach across the street for five years, some five years later have been all over hampton roads, Ming’s is still by far the best food for the lowest price.
