If i can leave 0 stars I would. I’ve came to this lounge multiple times but on this particular day it was the worse service i ever encountered in my life. BELIEVE ALL THE 1 STAR COMMENTS. My friend and I decided to go out for thanksgiving weekend 2025. Waited half an hour for someone to finally serve us and an additional 30 minutes for our hookah and drinks to come out. As my friend was dancing on me, she accidentally knocked some coal out of the hookah and it landed on the ground without us knowing. It wasn’t until one of the security guards yanks my friend off of me forcefully and disrespectfully and tells us we are getting kicked out. We continuously asked what was the reason for us getting kicked out and he stated because we knocked coal over endangering everyone. We explained to him we didn’t know that happened but once we did know, we apologized but that wasn’t enough for them (because why would we purposely drop coal on the floor???). We tried to come to a resolution outside with the manager but the manager did not care at all about the situation and still decided to charge us fully for the hookah and drinks that we barely even consumed. Just embarrassing to encounter individuals with no problem solving skills or competence to arrange a resolution for this issue that should’ve never occurred. Please train everyone in that establishment because that is severely needed! Don’t waste your time coming here!

The parking situation is unpleasant. Immediately, I wanted to go home because I didn’t feel like my vehicle would be safe. After entering and finally ordering, the drinks were terrible. I wasted an entire drink that fell off the table. It took the cleaning guy a very long time to clean with the poor supplies he had. I has no plans of drinking it, as it was horrible. A second drink came, even worse. I left mine sitting the entire time. The waitress was not attentive and didn’t notice the drink was sitting, and asked once if the group was ok. The hookah was not prepared well. It was sent back and returned, the same. I only stayed as long as I did because the music was good. I was trying to enjoy a evening, supporting friend for a night out, especially after a long day at work, and ended up leaving them there. The experience was a waste of time, energy, money, and a cute outfit. I would have had a better time on my porch. Will not be returning and definitely not recommending. As a matter of fact, I’m going to click my heels and hope the night never happened.

I don’t ever write reviews. I barely even check them myself. But this one, I had to. From the second you park, it feels like you’re about to get robbed. The neighborhood is sketchy, with homeless people just staring you down. By the time you walk in, the place already smells old, like there’s mold in the walls.
Me and my crew came down from Houston. We know about the whole “napkin wars” theme and thought it’d be a fun vibe. Instead, this spot was straight trash. Severely understaffed, no real energy, and the crowd felt off. It’s mostly a bunch of young dudes, barely any females unless they’re clinging to promoters. Honestly, it even looked like they were letting underage kids slide in.
Yeah, the drinks were cheap, but they tasted cheap too. We’ve been to other CRUs before, and this one was by far the worst. Cru galleria although it’s small the place be jamming but Big letdown. Next time, we’ll check out the West Palm or Miami location instead.

I came to the soft opening and I had an amazing experience with the service provided by Bianca. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient. She made sure all our needs were met promptly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The food recommendations were spot on, and her positive attitude made the evening even more enjoyable. Good vibes, and food and drinks was a reasonable price. Top-notch service! Highly recommend.

If I can leave this lounge a zero star because that’s exactly what it deserves. This place literally has NO customer service, rude employees, and management sucks. For this to be a new establishment in the area you would expect exceptional customer service but the total opposite. As many times as we’ve begged for drinks and hookah, we were told wait for over an hour. I politely asked the hookah girl about our hookah and she rudely said while throwing her hands up “I’m the only one here I have a lot of people.” That sounds like a STAFF PROBLEM not my problem. Hire more hookah people if the staff is overwhelmed and can’t get people’s order out on time. Terrible place. 0/0! Will NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Me & my girls got to come to the soft opening to celebrate my sister birthday and we had a ballllll. Our server was Bmorra and she was so sweet and attentive. When I told her we were celebrating a birthday she helped with creating a cute sign for her bottles and turned up with us. The food was good but the lamb chops could’ve been better. The hookah was my favorite! We will definitely be back!
