My daughter went in to place an order at the GBC Subway around 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. They advertise that they are open until 10:00 pm on Sundays. The lady at the counter was upset that she came into the store and made that very clear to the gentleman that she was working with stating loudly, “I want that door locked now!” She was also rude to my daughter as she was filling the order. My daughter came home rather upset that she was treated so badly for no reason.

The Subway at 113 W Main St has really turned things around! My family had stopped coming here after several bad visits and started going to the Mason St location instead. But today, my son and I were starving in GBC and decided to give them another try—and I’m so glad we did.
To our surprise, this was hands down the best Subway experience we’ve ever had at any location. The store was busy, but the staff—Elizabeth, Ashley, and Linda—were all kind, friendly, and made great sandwiches.
Linda especially stood out. When we asked for tomatoes, she didn’t just toss them on—she asked if we’d like salt and pepper added, something no Subway employee has ever offered us before. It’s exactly how I’d make it at home, but I never want to be “that” customer who asks. She also upsold us on cookies, and after we said yes, she even warmed them for us. Those little touches made a huge difference!
Linda was outgoing, thoughtful, and made us feel like valued guests. We walked away saying it was our best Subway experience yet. We’ll definitely be back to this location.

Went in around 7pm with my family to grab dinner to-go. Before we even got out of our cars, two teenagers sitting at the window by the sandwich station stared us down.
When we walked in, the associates exchanged awkward glances with each other and with the customers hanging around with them, customers kept staring at us. It seemed like we were inconveniencing them by coming in even though it was only 7pm and they were just starting to mop.
The supervisor/manager rushed our order, acted annoyed, and kept pushing us to hurry with our choices. When my nephew misheard her and asked her to repeat herself, she looked visibly irritated. Even my toddler asked, “Why is she being so grumpy to us?”
To be fair, the younger associate was very sweet and made an effort to make up for the supervisor’s attitude when we checked out.
Overall, the food was very good, thankfully because if it had matched the service, it would’ve been a totally different experience lol.

I was there at 8:15… ordered a 6in and a wrap… ordering went well… I paid and left.. made it 10 minutes up the road to my destination and went to eat my 6 in the Bread was so hard.. I just had to eat the inside out of it…
I will be returning tomorrow to get my $1.50 tip back that I left for the girl that made my sandwich… she knew it was hard and still sold it that way….

Made an online order and at 9:15 they had already closed their doors. After having to call the store and inform them Google says 10pm and we had already paid for our food which said 9:25pm pick up. So unwillingly, the young girl went on and made our food. We get home to see what our dinner really looked like and what it was. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and paid for extra black olives and onion. Just look at the pics. I mean half the sandwich is inside this bag.

I ordered ahead to save time so the ice cream wouldn’t melt and wasted it instead!! We arrived at 8:05 and my order wasn’t even ready. We’ve been sitting here almost fifteen minutes now and they are still working on it. It’s only four foot longs!! The two guys working are talking with each other taking their sweet time. Other customers have walked in and got their food made already. They even had a girl in street clothes walking around in the back eating cookies!! They wanted to blame the wait on an older customer before us that had been complaining…. I see WHY she was upset. I’ll be going to another location from now on. It’s now 8:21 and we just got our food. Pitiful service.
Update: every sandwich is drowned is sauce, the chicken is cold and the teriyaki isn’t even mixed up. My husband get even finish his because it was so bad.

Terrible service, building looked as if it was closed, due to the open sign being off, After walking into the building not one employee greeted us, we were the only two customers inside the building, however there was a customer in the drive-through we decided to leave after standing there for few minutes with no acknowledgment!

Worst subway I’ve ordered from . You may have to go in to get better service to actually see them make your sandwich correctly, because the order online really needs work. Footlong order was not right and barely any chicken or veggies were on there . It was supposed to be a sweet onion chicken teriyaki with spinach ,cucumbers,green peppers,pickles ,black olives ,pepper jack cheese and Alittle more teriyaki sauce . As you can see there is BARELY anything there . I tried calling 5 times tonight but no answer. I usually have great service from subway and have nothing to complain about. But I feel this is NOT the way online orders should be handled. I hope no one else tonight gets ripped of like we did from this place .
