I went through the drive-thru on Tues. January 13th around 11pm and had a great experience. I can be indecisive when ordering, but the woman who took my order, who I think was the manager, was very kind and patient. She also gave me helpful feedback about some new menu items. The food was hot, even though it was late, and the service was excellent.

Sadly this place has gone down hill. Stopped by to pick up a QUICK bite…ha what a joke. At first I waited for almost 5 minutes with out one car moving. Then I decided to go inside, and try my luck there 10 minutes went by with only one person in line before I could place my order. Then I waited another 10 minutes to receive my to go order
The staff seemed overwhelmed, and not very well trained. The food was okay, but seemed smaller as well as more expensive…make up your mind…one or the other but not both.
A tip for those of you either “dining” inside or picking up a order. DON’T park in one of the two parking areas that the drive through line goes through. If you park there you will have a tough time getting out as you will have to be able to drive through the SLOW drive through line to be able to leave. I was stuck for several minutes until someone kindly let me out. Poor design

Shame Shame Shame the food was absolutely horrible. I ordered the boneless buffalo wings/w curly fries. My poor husband who was so looking forward to it ordered the fish and chips. One question why did my chicken taste like fish? My husband’s fish was soggy the few fries we ordered were just thrown into the box. But on a positive the soda was cold. 20 bucks wasted oh the service was fast the server was polite. Will not be returning ever. Buyer Beware.☹️

Fast, Fresh and friendly service. I rarely get to Arby’s during happy hour but i did today. I got two piping hot buffalo sliders and warm and moose brioche buns. And even my curly fries were hot fresh and crispy! I’m a dipper so i mix ketchup, honey mustard and arby’s sauce! Will be coming back

Daytime employees have zero customer service skills walks by multiple times while the line fills up and does not acknowledge us one single time and don’t say anything because the cook will try to be a tough guy. Slowest cook I have ever seen.

The person making sandwiches Thursday around 7:20 needs mental help. I got the deluxe burger and it was just massacred with sauce practically soup. I get this burger at this location all the time, I love it. This time it was garbage, and it was done on purpose, no one can screw up that bad.
