We have been here 5 times. I have tried something different each time and never had a bad meal. My husband had the fried chicken special today, and it was phenomenal. The sweet and sour sauce on it was flavorful and fantastic. My niece loves the duck soup. The service is exceptional. They make sure we have the spices and sauces we desire, and make sure our beverages are always full. They are always happy and treat us like family. We will be back.

Today is Wednesday, February 11 2026. We have previously loved Thai Lotus, until today. We go there frequently, we went there today for lunch, it was moderately busy, my wife ordered the lunch special fried crispy chicken with vegetables and rice, I ordered what I always order spicy eggplant with pork normal spice level, we also ordered the calamari appetizer. The appetizer came out. It was a small portion, but I had been craving it so I enjoyed it, my wife’s crispy fried chicken with vegetables came out and they set the plate in front of her and walked away, about five minutes later our waitress walked by and said do you need a sharing plate? I said no I’m still waiting for my order. She gasped and said your order? I said yes spicy eggplant with pork normal spice like you took down and wrote it down, remember? She was shocked like hearing it for the first time. She said let me check on your order. There were five other tables that came in after us. They all were served their food and after waiting 15 minutes I told the waitress cancel my order. She says well they’re just starting it now. WHAT? I said it doesn’t matter. My wife is done eating and I am so upset that I longer have an appetite. They gave us a three dollar discount WOW, on our total order and did not charge me for my dish. I was so frustrated. We loved going there, however, after this, we will not go back. The big issue is when she realized that she messed up our order. She did not make an attempt to make my order a priority while my wife’s food was getting cold. They just blew it off “OH WELL”, and put me at the end of the list this is a terrible way to do business oh and by the way, I left a $1 tip on a $33 bill. We are so sad that this happened because we really liked this place but we are done we will not be back.

The food and the staff at Thai Lotus were fantastic. I went there on a date and the food was very reasonably priced especially given the portion sizes. You will not leave hungry nor dissatisfied. Our sever’s name was Coco and she was very sweet and welcoming.

We love this place. It’s the kind of place you wouldn’t expect anything from based on its appearance. Inside, the decor is very simple and themed. But! The food is delicious! We come back again and again.
I love the yellow curry and coconut soup tom kha, and my husband loves the chicken pad thai.
If you like Thai cuisine, this is definitely the place to go.

Loads of choices on the menu and online ordering is super easy. Normally the food is great, the pineapple fried rice is a must. The queen st noodles are my favorite, such a good combination of flavors. The last time I ordered the pad thai, but when I got home there wasn’t any sauce on it. Other than that, everything is good. I love the fresh rolls!

First time trying this place and it was delicious! We had the spring roll appetizer, Drunken noodles with beef, and green curry with chicken. Everything came out super quick and was hot, fresh, and delicious. At the recommendation of another family that was in there, we had the fried ice cream dessert. It was amazing! I’ll definitely be back.
