I’ve ordered here plenty of times. Always have gave them the benefit of the doubt but the wrap is always drenched in ranch. When I specifically ask for light ranch it has more. No point in having a comment section if the employees don’t read them.

Literally stopped here on a whim after making a u turn one block down on our way from Moab to Austin. Immediately I was impressed, very well designed lot, seemless ordering, and massive portions for the price. We order the spaghetti and the super bowl. Perfection!

Im pleasantly surprised to learn they sell their spaghetti in store, and it’s able to get happy marinating in the freezer section for an even better taste than fresh ;). I’m being facetious. No way anything frozen taste better than this joint! 1 star review for that review.

Placed an order for egg rolls. Noticed they were all burnt to the point where they were inedible, was too far out to go back. It’s a shame to support a local business and have this type of situation occur.

Overall: A slightly better and healthier fast food.
Food: Bland to decent. Sometimes food has very little flavor, other times it’s seasoned well. It doesn’t taste fresh.
Speed: 3-5 minutes depending on your order size (which is good for the quality)
Accuracy: They forget to give items so check your order before driving away (3 separate times I’ve had appetizers missing from a 3 item order but still got charged). They need some quality control.
People: Good. The staff are friendly and are quick to give advice if you can’t figure out what you want. The owners are involved and attempt to refine their craft.
Other thoughts: This place reminds me of similar popup like places in Washington State. The food lacks seasoning, and the place as a whole needs some quality control to ensure orders are correct. All in all, you’ll be satisfied but not blown away.

Today was my first time eating at something different in Muleshoe Texas. Best experience I’ve ever had eating somewhere new. The guy at the register had a great attitude and also a few options of his own to order. I got a Cali spud with the Thai chicken and I’ve gotta say it was something fierce!! Add it to the menu!! 5 stars all the way!!

I know I will be criticized because I am a former employee, but as a former employee I’m still a paying customer regularly. The food I’ve been getting has been under par. Tonight I got food, even though they weren’t busy, that seemed like it was either made in a hurry, or a mistake that they finally had a chance to get rid of. Basically leftovers. Beware!!! They are not always open when ordering on the app!! I ordered on a Saturday from the app to do a pick up order, come to find out they were closed.(The app showed they were open) My order was paid for at the time the order was placed. I called the Portales location to report it, a manager called me back and apologized, I was told I would receive a refund and a $10 gift certificate. However, I have never received a refund or gift certificate as promised.
