THIS MOSTLY A DRIVE-THRU: Enter through the driveway immediately after Starbucks. The drive thru line starts facing the opposite way of the traffic on that side of the street. If you enter beforehand you will have to make a u-turn to get in line. Fast and efficient people provide the customer services. THERE IS VERY LITTLE TABLE SPACE: But there is a small parking lot w/ 4 spaces (however the person that went with me says it had 6 spaces but 2 were Handicapped parking only) so going inside is an option!

This Starbucks became my second morning home during the summer of 2025. The staff is absolutely fabulous! They made me feel so welcome. At a certain point I’d walk in and they’d call out my name with a great hello. This place brought back my love for Starbucks.

Just stopped in again. I ordered ahead from their parking lot. Service was very fast and cordial. My Venti and Banana Bread were ready almost as soon as I got to the pickup window.

There was a line and I was at the front and was waiting in front of the cash register for sometime. Instead of helping me the cashier skipped me. Then after waiting about ten minutes my order was still incomplete and I had make another trip to request my order. It was busy but no excuses for not getting it right.the place is pretty dirty.

They made the drink wrong due to lack of ingredients but didn’t notify when I was ordering. Instead of asking or letting me know, they just handed me this yellow drink. Should be pink with dragonfruits. Still charged for it. Im disappointed.
To the comment left by starbucks owner: I don’t think they can remake a drink they failed to make since they ran out of ingredients. Should’ve just told me, and I would’ve ordered something else.

I stopped in today ay the Edmonds store to get some food and a drink, the cheerful batista asked if there was anything else and I told her I needed some sanity and we both laughed. I just got home to Bremerton and read the message on my cup: “With Extra Sanity!” I love you guys! Thank you for making my day!

I used to go here once a day because of how kind the employees and consistently tasty the drinks were. I had moved away 5 years ago and was in the area and grabbed a drink today! Still amazing service. My drink and food tasted perfect and the gentlemen in the drive thru remembered me which was so kind. Thanks!
