This is the first Subway I’ve been to where they charged me for a side of sauce and they didn’t even put a lot my sandwich to begin with. I paid $7 for a 6-inch sub. The manager is penny pinching every cent I never go to this location and today was a reminder why I would rather go to the one on Hilton

Do not come here!! Ordered 2 sandwiches and they would not let us use the bathroom. This is a public place a restaurant with A SITTING AREA they need to have a PUBLIC restroom AS A FOOD PLACE for CUSTOMERS. Especially when I came 2 weeks ago and there was a public restroom will be contacting the Health department about this.

Simple, if you want to wash your hands before you eat here go somewhere else. They do not allow paying customers to use the restroom or wash their hands. Unbelievably Disgusting practice.

I’m always impressed with how this restaurant is managed. The manager runs a tight ship with his employees and it pays off in customer service, quality of food, and efficiency. They remember frequent customers and say hello when you walk in. Can get really busy during peak hours but generally moves along pretty well.

I ordered a large amount of subs for a party. Needed order to be ready by 3p on a Friday. Michelle, the manager saw to it my order was ready on time. Her staff is awsome also; They had to hold the store down while she filled my order. So this Subway is located on 9 Nile and I Scheonner. That’s my store now.

Came as a customer and my wife was refused to let use the bathroom even though we pointed out there is a legal obligation to provide a bathroom for customers. The employee stated, “No, that’s not true.” The bathroom door was locked and she was refused use.

Came early to pick up my online order and asked to use the restroom while I waited. The employee told me they don’t have a public bathroom even though there’s clearly one in the back of the store. I was already spending money here, and if I had known paying customers weren’t allowed to use the restroom, I wouldn’t have ordered at all. On top of that, my order isn’t even ready so I have to wait even longer to use the bathroom. That policy is ridiculous. I won’t be back.

I was going to deal with the young women’s attitude that made my sub today without leaving a review. I worked at a sub shop for a few years in college, and I have had my bad days where I had to go to work so I get it. However, this women’s displeasure in the her day was palpable. I have wrapped a couple hundred sandwiches, many of those on bad days
. Not one time have I wrapped a sandwich as poorly as she. You can’t wrap a sub this bad without knowing you did this poor of a job. Two stars because I have been there a number of times, and there are a few people who work there who didn’t seem completely miserable.
