Jayanta is a fantastic Indian restaurant, and only a short walk from the harbour area.
They have a great range of Indian dishes and drinks (see menu sample photo). The staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English and made good recommendations.
The food service was quick, the quality was high and the pricing is very fair. The seating was very comfortable and the outdoor seating was ideally placed to catch a nice cooling breeze from the coast.
Great place, we’d happily visit again.

Excellent Indian cuisine in pleasant surroundings. Staff attentive and friendly. Good selection of dishes which you can personalise to taste (hot, medium or mild). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will return soon.

You get the feeling of a truly authentic Indian experience. There is soft but pleasant Indian music, the food is rich in flavor, and the menu offers a wide variety of choices.

We came here in April 2025 with our 2 young children and honestly the hostess treated them like they were her own! She was beyond friendly, bubbly and such a warm welcoming hostess. She made us feel at home and the kids loved her! The atmosphere was great and the restaurant was lovely and clean. The food was AMAZING! The flavours were on point! We will be sure to go back next time we are in Cyprus. Thank you all x x (p.s baby girl has arrived)

Being Muslim, it’s been a struggle trying to find halal food so when we found this place we were thrilled. The food was amazing and very reasonable priced, we especially loved the mixed tandoori and prawn puri. It was also presented beautifully. However, what really made the meal so memorable was how warm and welcoming the staff were. The service was truly exceptional and I would recommend to anyone in the area!
