Ordered a chicken bacon avocado wrap. There was no avocado, the bacon was raw, the tomato was mushy, and the lettuce was brown. First and last time I will order from there.

Not only was the food gross but my order was all wrong got a ham when I ordered turkey, I also order the the full montagu and didn’t get it but got some wrap. I had to walk all the way back because I was in my room already. The Manager couldn’t care less I’ve seen nicer people in a prison. She offered nothing for my troubles and wasn’t the least bit interested in Customer Service. She looked completely miserable and was about as friendly as dirt.

I’m going to give it a 3 for now because my order was not right. I asked for no bacon 2 times. I made sure to repeat “no bacon.” I sure did get bacon on my sandwich. Glad I used my points but suck I used my points for food I couldn’t even eat. Husband says his sandwich was great so I will give 3 points for his satisfaction. Not sure if I will try again..

I am similar to the review from Chris Lauraitis.. I had the Chipotle chicken Avocado and a ceasars wrap. I have been locked to the toilet for almost 6 hours now. The staff are dirty and constantly touch their face, receipts, counter, doors with the same gloves as they prepare your food. The very large grumpy woman I assume is the manager is absolutely useless. They are also incredibly slow. Gen z type kids that are more likely to poison you than give quality service and food.

First off the customer service was wonderful. It wasn’t busy, but they made sure to acknowledge me in line while waiting. I ordered the Full Montagu with Avocado and Chipotle sauce on the side came out to about 10 dollars. The sandwich was bomb. It was savory and sweet and that sauce gave it the spicy kick that was needed. Im here for 2 more days and I def will visiting again.

Got the buffalo chicken wrap. Enjoyed the wrap was pretty good. Cashier was friendly and service was fairly quick. Would come again for lunch in the future if I’m nearby.
