It’s a nice little cocktail bar in downtown Asheville! They often have live music, which adds to the vibe. The drinks are good, and they have a nice local selection of beers.

Amazing lil spot in downtown Asheville.
They make a fantastic espresso martini at a great price , a great portion and the fresh espresso makes it truly amazing . I found it quite delightful , and the space is hip but rustic and inviting , cool relaxing music, has outdoor seating , located on the corner of a busy intersection so great for people watching and they do events in plaza across the street. My pooch was welcome and treated like family which made it even more spectacular . Thank you Thomas and Macy for such a wonderful experience. Excellent hospitality and service ! Both were excellent at delivering true hospitality and a quality product that led to a memorable experience.

Awesome little corner bar facing the Woolworth building downtown. Great to watch the various Asheville citizenry from an open air window overlooking the street. Very small establishment but nice and chill. Beautiful bar and wooden bar tables. Best thing is the beer selection is spot on. I was planning to do an afternoon pub crawl but I mostly hung out here to drink.

They also do some really great smelling coffee too for any friend of bill w out there still into the casual bar scene!

Great expresso martini and great spot to people watch. Pricey martini, but they are big. The live music started early on a friday, which was great. 2 guys..one playing a guitar and one a violin. Kind of irish themed.

My boyfriend and I stopped in here for some drinks. There is seating on the inside and outside. Wide range of drinks options.
The bar tender was welcoming and made the drinks to perfection. Loved my taramsu martini. My man got a hibiscus lavender ginger cider and it was delightful.
Great little spot to stop in while enjoying downtown of Asheville, NC

Love getting the espresso martini at the Asheville Club because it’s not a cream heavy espresso martini! It’s a darker, nuttier martini!
However, the service was a bit aggressive. It’s always packed in there because it’s a small establishment and typically you have to stand due to limited seating. We’ve been numerous times and have had no issue standing but today we were asked to please find a seat… we looked around and unfortunately there was no seating, so we walked outside in the 25 degree weather to stand at a table. I usually would not be upset, but the frustrating part was that we were standing on the unused side of the bar, not in the way enjoying the drinks we paid for quickly (spent about 5 min standing there along with others also without seating) and were asked to go sit while tables were being occupied by people with empty glasses, making no moves to get more drinks.
If you’re going to have the audacity to ask people to find a seat when there are none, then please have the audacity to ask people sitting, not drinking, to please buy a drink or leave.
We’re locals who have been here and recommended this places for years, but I won’t be back.

Thank you Asheville Club for staying open over the first few days after Hurricane Helene. I was an out of town visitor and it was a spot where I was able to connect with others to figure out travel plans, etc. The community of folks from both in town and out of town really came together at this spot. The community of Asheville will need a lot of rallying right now & I know with businesses and folks like this, suooort will be there. Wishing the best for the community in the future.
