Came for a morning coffee, and the girl taking the order was trying to be nice but not great customer service skills you got our coffee. It was nice and hot and the cold was cold and everything in the order was exact. The customer experience just was not the normal Starbucks experience. The drinks were good and the coffee was hot prices are the same whether you’re in California or Colorado everybody thinks things are cheaper everywhere else, but Starbucks is pretty accurate across the board. Download the app and you can get your stars then you can get discounts on your coffee other than thatit’s not cheaper at any other Starbucks seven out of 10 recommend I like that they had a drive-through it didn’t take too long to get our coffee maybe 10 minutes.

I love this Starbucks. Food and drinks always come out fast and exactly how I order them. Staff is outstanding and kind. Bryan is awesome, he actually came to this location I believe from another one that I wasn’t too fond of and literally made an effort to come up to me in person saying he recognized me and made things right with me from stuff that was out of his control and misunderstood at the other spot, that made my day and it was very thoughtful. Great crew. This is my go to location for my studies.

They fake friendliness and after waiting an inappropriate time for them to make a latte I went up to the counter to get a refund as there are no other customers and It’s wasting my time. Only when I stepped up for a refund, the barista served the coffee but I didn’t care about the coffee. The only reason she served it is she because she heard me requesting a refund. Don’t recommend, probably the reason the store has no customers.

My order seems to never be made correctly and its super easy and im not usually picky. When I went back to have it fixed, the guy at the window. I think Josh. Was not nice. My other family members that go to this location say the same thing about him.
It seems to only be recent that you guys cant make drinks right.
Like if you (josh) dont want to be in customer service then dont. It shows you hate your job so no wonder my coffee is always wrong. When negative people work with others it brings the whole team down to that level.

I have been this location since 2018 and I literally order everyday! Customer service has always been great! I just dont know why they have so much bad reviews. Doesn’t make any sense to me that literally everyone there are super nice! This is from someone goes the same location after 7 years!

I just got my drink the lady that got my drink for me. Messed up on it. Serve somebody else that was behind me and then blame the guy for messing up my order when he repeated it back to me. She didn’t take responsibility and she was a horrible host. And now my sandwich is cold inside the middle of it.

Arrived inside the coffee shop. I was addressed right away. It took awhile for someone to take my order. I waited about 10 minutes before getting my PSL latte and my blueberry muffin. The muffin was awesome, however, the drink was the worst. I literally dumped the coffee.

Came here for a quick drink through the drive thru while I’m working. I asked if they could do a sample of one of their new drinks, because I’m hesitant to spend $7+ on anything new & might not like it. I was told they cant do samples. (I used to workforce Starbucks & at that time when a potential customer asks for a sample, we provide.)bSo I went ahead & placed a mobile order. I got to the window & he said all mobile orders take 10- 12 minutes & I had to go wait in the lot. What?! So here I am waiting on the clock & through writing this full review I still haven’t received my drink.
