Ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza and they completely left out the buffalo sauce. When I called, the staff refused to remake it or even replace it. Their only “solution” was to have me drive all the way back so they could pour sauce on a cold pizza. No accountability, no basic customer service, and no understanding that I didn’t receive what I paid for. Extremely unprofessional experience. Not ordering from this location again.

Got a delivery. Driver acted weird. Dropped the pizza. Started with an e. Emile? And still wanted me to tip after she looked more flustered than a fly at a flashlight. Definitely looked uncomfortable. Behavior was looking unstable. I didn’t know if she was going to throw it in my face or not after picking it up. Will not order here again. Pizza was cold.

I have been ordering from this location for 12 years. The manager was rude and refused to give me the store owner information. It’s a shame because I will no longer support this location. I have been purchasing pizzas for my family as well as my employee’s. In all of these years, I have never had any issues up until last week. Ordered a pizza for delivery. When we got the pizza they had put sliced banana peppers on it instead of pineapple. I can’t eat peppers. So we called in. They said they would make a replacement, we would get it in 30 minutes. We 40 minutes later we had to call again. Finally we got the replacement but it was nasty. It was cold, they had brushed the crust with the garlic parmesan butter stuff instead garlic seasoning. It was awful!

Ordered delivery, Due to the driver delivering several orders at the same time, ours was delivered last and was barely warm. It took over an hour to get delivered. I did call the store and they did give me credit for next time. Usually we have excellent delivery service.

Ok, so I ordered and opted for the “text me when it’s 2 min away” option. They never did. I didn’t even know it was delivered. Squirrels ate my cheese pizza on the porch. I’m not even kidding. No one even knocked. Then, I opened my box of wings…they were lightly drizzled with sauce. Not coated. Soggy and cold. I will NEVER order from here again.
