This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I should’ve listened to my gut feeling and should have not went to this Taco Bell as it is average at 2.5 stars or 2.1 I can’t remember nonetheless food was trash. I ordered cheese fries and I got overcooked fries hard as a rock.

Long wait times and terrible service! Consistently a bad location. When you walk inside, staff will not even come to the front or acknowledge you are there. They act irritated if they do. They often get orders wrong, if they prepare them at all. Average wait time inside is about 20 minutes. They are generally messing around in the back and not caring whether you get your food or not. If you say something about it, they come back at you with an attitude. When I complained about having to wait 30 minutes for an order, the girl literally threw the food on the counter in front of me with an attitude. Horrible attitude from everyone there. Employees act irritated that you even placed an order and they have to do their job. An employee actually Double parked sideways right in front of the building taking up two prime parking places and thought nothing of it. Would give negative stars if possible.

Bro so freaking dissatisfied & disappointed this is supposed to be a good location- absolutely not they weren’t busy at all they were just literally aloof and messing around with each other – my husband went in there lost track of time and we had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 2:29pm – and it was 2:49 because I finally convinced him to say something and it’s was behind the counter out of view sitting there getting cold while no one noticed. This is one of the slowest restaurants hands down. I’ve never been through here and not have to wait less than 10 minutes. Today there were only 3 cars in front of me at that. This has to get better. Food is good though that’s what makes me return but very seldom.

This place normally is a great place to go, i take my girlfriend here all of the time because its easy cheap and tastes good. But tonight as im sitting in the parking lot writing this it was not good at all.
1.) The service wasnt that great i ordered a chicken bowl and when we parked to eat they didnt give us silverware. Which honestly is not that big of a deal but it gets worse.
2.) Whenever we parked to eat my girlfriend ordered the mango peach agua fresca. The drink they gave us looked like dirty brown water and had no semblance of mango nor peach inside of it, it was disgusting, i tried it.
3.) After sharing my drink and finishing my food, she was eating and plucked out a hair from her mouth. We turned the light on in the car and saw a long blonde hair, my girlfriend has very very dark black hair and i did see people who had blonde hair in the kitchen.
Overall this isnt a bad place but tonight was just not great at all and has alot to be desired from it.

The franchisee who owns this location needs to do a better job . Taco Bell has excellent food ! Not here most of the time . I went through the e drive through and got someone else’s order . It was 3 orders of food in one bag . I pulled back around and they told me since the order I received had 3 times the amount of my order I could have it . I explained that’s not what I ordered . I pulled around again and they started my order over and I waited for 30 min . When I picked up my food the girl at the window told me to enjoy my order and snickered . I had a wild feeling that someome might have done somthing to my food . Yall know what I’m thinking . Just know I left and just gave the food to a man standing on the sidewalk . It’s the Taco Bell’s regional manager to blame for this . I bet the owners don’t know . Anyway , I now don’t trust the drive through there . Enjoy ..

Update: I stop by today not expecting the, District Manager Angela, to be in on visit because of the recent complaints. I was wondering why things were running smoothly and professionally. She didn’t know I was that customer so, I told her about my last visit with store Manager Carl and she took care of me and made. I’m hoping the customer service stays this way. I commend her for taking accountability and action to improve customer service at one of her Taco Bell restaurants.

Normally great to get food to go, but today it seemed the person working the window had a negative attitude? Maybe she was in work mode, irritated by something, who knows. Hopefully her day gets better.
Update: Today Ms. Tina was working and she just exudes positivity! Loved going to Taco Bell today. If I had been in a bad mood, Ms. Tina’s smile and delightfulness would have removed all traces! Thank you for being Great!

I ordered online, the Doordashers would cancel my order because they take so long to make it. Eventually, my order got cancelled when the store closed. I tried calling them and they didn’t pick up.
Had another negative experience in the past, went in person and they made me wait 45 mins for a sad burrito. Do not go here! The staff doesn’t do their job

This is the slowest “fast food” taco bell in the country! After waiting in line for 25 mins, I still had not ordered my food. I decided to write this review while in line. There were 7 cars in front of us. Three of them left without ordering and it still took half an hour to get to the menu to order.
Someone needs to fix this poor excuse of a taco bell.
