Ordered via doordash . Arrived moderately warm which is to be expected in these below freezing temps . I was confused by ‘ door dash ‘ listed items and was met with clarity and kindness when I called . Pizza was good ( cheese to sauce ratio was nice ). Fries and cheese were great ( I did have to recrisp them in air fryer). Wings were tasty but on the small size – good blue cheese. Burgers satisfied my 4 year old . It wasn’t great but I got 2 for the price of one so I was satisfied paying $5 for 2. Overall satisfied and I’ll be ordering again for the taste and price .

I ordered for delivery tonight. That food was right on point. The pizza was delicious. The cheeseburgers were really really good along with the crinkle cut fries. Placing an order was simple and they got everything right. Delivery driver was right on time and courteous. I will definitely be ordering again.

The girl working the counter on 1/20/26 is extremely unprofessional, rude, has an attitude, and is a poor reflection of the company. Zero customer service skills and frankly – extremely off putting. I will not be back. I recommend avoiding. Basic customer service skills and bare minimum kindness can be found at any price point. She goes out of her way to mistreat customers. This company does not value their customers given THIS is who they choose to be the face of their business. Absolutely unacceptable.

I had been ordering a crispy chicken salad with extra sauce chicken from them for about three months when one day I ordered and they forgot to put the extra chicken, but that’s not the problem. After going back and getting my chicken I sat at work and was eating the salad when I noticed that something was cutting my tongue. I would give them 5 stars because their food is usually good but tonight i ordered a pizza and Caesar salad. Now the pizza was fine but i’m very disappointed at the salad I asked for a Caesar Salad and they brought me this regular Salad with Grill Chicken that was not done at all, Huge chunks of Tomatoes,Green peppers and Onions it’s not a Caesar Salad it a regular salad .

Let me start off by saying that I haven’t eaten Vizzini’s since I was a teenager until tonight. I’m now 38 and it tastes Exactly the way it did then. I grew up in SW Baltimore and this was my go to place. I now live in Mt. Vernon and had no idea they were still around. I ordered a cheese fish sub, cheese fries and a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. All of my food arrived hot. My only issue is that they forgot the cheese on my fries so I added it myself. The driver had no problem with delivering the food to my door. Overall I’m satisfied and will be ordering again.

Online ordering was seamless through the restaurant’s website and it was very reasonably priced. It notified that it would take about 45 minutes to arrive but it was a little under 30 minutes which was definitely a plus bc we were starving! We got a 16’ meat lovers pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks. BOTH WERE AMAZINGLY FRESH AND GREAT!!! I am glad we chose this place and will definitely patronize this business again!!!! Definitely 10/10!!

Every time I order something my food is never right it doesn’t make no sense that I have to go through this all the time today I ordered a fish sub and asked for specific items and of course it was fried so hard i threw it away once again money down the drain I will not be ordering from Vizzins anymore I’m done just like my overcooked fish
