I have heard so much about Dutch Bros and finally got to try it! I got the Caramelizer and it was very good! Sweet, but not over the top sweet. I would go try more drinks if I lived closer. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area though!

This was my first time. I used the drive-thru, and I had a really good experience overall. The barista was friendly, patient, and took the time to help me pick a drink that matched my taste preferences, which I really appreciated. It made the process easy and welcoming instead of rushed.
The drink itself was great and well balanced. The only small downside was that the espresso flavor was a little muted compared to what I usually like, but it was still very enjoyable and clearly made with care. I’d definitely come back and try it again — especially with how helpful the service was.

Went to Dutch Bros today to get a little drink, unfortunately my cup was filled to the top with ice.. I could barely even fit my straw into the cup because the ice kept blocking it. When I got home I decided to separate the liquid and the ice.. I was disappointed to see that I only got half of the drink I payed for.
I called customer support and they were able to offer a solution that I was happy with.
The staff was friendly as they usually are, I just think there was an oversight when they were preparing my drink today.

So glad to have a Dutch bros location close to me. I’ve always seen tik toks and memes but I’m glad I can finally see it in person. The experience of this drive thru is pretty chill. The staff who takes your order at the drive through are personable and friendly. I love the vibes.
Not to mention the drinks are really good! There’s a Starbucks access the street but you know where you see the lines. Come and check it out for yourself.

The drinks and the vibes are absolutely fantastic! Whether it’s a coffee or an energy drink, everything tastes amazing and is made with so much care. The upbeat atmosphere and the friendly crew make every visit feel fun and welcoming.

This place makes great coffee… when they want to, it’s not consistent. It seems if you don’t tip, the drink is going to always taste pretty bad but sometimes even if you do tip. Still much better than starbucks.

I truly love Dutch bros so very much and I’m always getting different drinks. Today I got a drink and found a piece of hair in it. I didn’t notice until a while after drinking about half of it and seen it on the side of my cup. I am a little disgusted just because it’s a random piece of hair and I was drinking it so it grossed me out. I don’t wanna be that type of person but it just shows maybe they need to have a different policy for hair you know, something that won’t go in the customers drink.

This place just opened down the street from me and I was finally able to stop by. Drive thru was and always is too busy for me so I parked on the street right up front and hopped over to the walk up. Line was short and I ordered within minutes of walking up. They were extremely quick and the vibe was just immaculate! The staff was top notch with their bubbly personalities and dancing while making drinks. I wish I got the name of girl up front because she matched my enthusiastic personality and made me feel seen my drink was great I got their popular golden eagle with soft top and I loved it! I also ended up getting the chocolate chip muffin top and it was spectacular this was my first time at a dutch bros and I’m locked in for sure! Service is just as important as product to me, and I didn’t think twice about tipping and I usually only tip at restaurants or a really good customer experience and this was definitely the top of the list for best first impressions! I’m excited to go back and try other drinks!
