This location is quite pleasant. I previously visited a similar location in Florida and was impressed by the identical setup. It’s truly commendable. However, I felt that the original location here in Joplin before they moved was better maintained. During my lunch visit, I noticed a scarcity of clean tables and debris scattered across the floors. Nevertheless, I must express my admiration for Panera Bread.

tried this new location..not much to choose from on the inside as far as fresh bread..ordered a bagel to go and another place to prioritizes the drive through over people inside the store..took way to long as we were blown off for the drive thru customers..bagel was ok..clearly the sausage on it was pre frozen..it was not great at all..if you dont want your customers to come inside your store then just do drive thru only..i will not return..everyone else..go somewhere else

This Panera Bread is a joke. The crew is completely incompetent, and the few good employees they had are nowhere to be seen anymore the past few weeks. Every single time I’ve eaten inside, I watch management sit on their butts doing absolutely nothing while the front is drowning in work. Lazy management, useless staff, and zero effort put into running this place.

Picky eater friendly! One of the staff overheard I wasn’t enjoying the salad I bought. She politely told me I could get a refund and exchange the meal if I didn’t like it.

Customer service acted like they didn’t want to be there. They were already out of bread bowls at 6:00. They had bread bowls for the following day but would not sell me one. Hint. You might make more bread bowls. This is not the first time that you’re out of bread bowls at this location. The soup was good.
