Order uber eats on regular is ok since only decent teriyaki option in area
This order paid $97 for food. Ordered 7 things. Chicken gyoza, tofu teryaki, beef teriyaki and kids chicken meal and 2 meat (no sauce) the chef apparently didn’t understand as all my food came with no sauce ! Will not be coming here again!
Paid extra for fried rice on each and this is fried rice I got shake my head no veggies or anything

Clean and open space, nice and helpful employees. I believe all the food is cooked/prepared fresh by the order and it definitely makes a difference in quality. My only complain was the price of the sushi was a little high. It almost 10 dollars for 8 pieces of sushi and a spicy mayo sauce but was still really good quality. Everything else is worth price from what I can tell you get really big portion for the boxes and I almost couldn’t finish it( boxes are $10-19 depending on the items) there’s also group meal option which are way bigger I think prices will vary depending on the items.

My house was down with the Flu and I wanted to try something new. So we took to Door Dash.
I am impressed, I am always nervous blind ordering but I was pleasantly surprised.
We ordered Honey Sriracha Chicken with yakisoba noodles. Added on the Rangoon dip, I would say this was under whelming.
My husband had Chicken bento (great value) for someone who wants a bit of everything and we also got a double maki of golden bagel and volcano.
It seemed as though everything was packaged with care and looked fantastic. Definitely will order from here again.

Okay hear me out, if I were a college kid I’d be here everyday. The prices are affordable. The servings were big. They have a TV to watch the game. They play current, billboard hits. Plenty of parking. Super clean restaurants. It’s a vibe. Customer service was top notch. Bumped it down a star because the fried rice was just okay and the salmon was a bit dry.

I have been to this location several times and every time has been fantastic. The service is great- the cashier is always super friendly to me and makes sure my order is right, despite me making substitutions. I typically get the grill box with shrimp and the teriyaki sauce is very tasty. The restaurant is clean and decently quiet. I always receive my food quickly and they make sure I have everything I need (utensils, sauces, etc). They also run promos so if you enter your phone number you can get rewards for the future (10% off, things like that). If you post a photo of your food on social media they will also give you a free milk tea ($5ish value?) and I love their dirty boba milk tea! It is boba shop quality. I love coming here and I try to stop whenever I’m in the area.

When I first moved to this area, I was looking for a Japanese restaurant with fast service. I came across Teriyaki Box and was pleased with the food, customer service, and clean environment. Sometimes the chicken can be too big for my liking, or just isn’t cut up well.

Service and Atmosphere was 10/10, whoever I unfortunately can not say the same for the food. The rice was very mushy comparable to mash potatoes or a risotto. The food came out cold and not steaming hot, which was a bit of a let down. The chicken teriyaki sushi is great because it supposed to be cold. Philly egg rolls came out hot and fresh, I wish the same could have happened for the teriyaki box. Also let down that the food did not come in a box as it had for me at other teriyaki based locations. So overall the low rating is for the cold food and for the acquired box theme I came for, I didn’t get. Thankfully I got 10% off so that was great but I would never return to this location.

Decorated nicely. Bathrooms were spotless! Wow! The staff was very friendly. They were able to answer all of our questions pertaining to the menu. There are different flavors of tea! We tasted all of them and they were great. We ordered a few sodas to taste and they were all amazing. I was not a huge fan of the food, but my family really enjoyed it. The black to-go boxes are adult plates and the white boxes are for children. I would definitely recommend as a light meal for lunch or dinner! The salmon was great!

DO NOT EAT HERE. i am suffering from food poisoning after eating the teriyaki chicken. i came in about 30 minutes to close because i work late. i wasn’t greeted, but the food came out fast. a few hours later, i woke up with immense pain and i am still sick over 24 hours later. even thinking about the meal makes me nauseous. put your health first and eat anywhere else.

This restaurant is fantastic! They worked quickly to prepare food! My teriyaki beef and egg rolls were delicious! I ordered mango and lychee green tea with boba as a drink and thoroughly enjoyed it. I can’t wait to return! The restaurant looks fantastic and is spotless!
