Drive through takes a while. The drive through is not big truck friendly. Be careful or you’ll scratch up your rims. My whole croissant sandwich was burnt and half of the cheese on my egg and cheese wake up wrap was burnt. Order was correct and people were nice.

I don’t like anything bout this Dunkin Donuts!!! The employees are AWFUL, the worse Dunkin you could ever come to. The white heavy girl is rude, spend majority of the time outside vaping! I watched the short white lady make a drink and afterwards sat in the lobby with a pack of cigarettes, out in the view as if she’s not at work. Didn’t even wash her hands after she returned. The kitchen staff is ripping us off when it comes to the food. I spent $5 on bacon and didn’t even get anything. sometimes the drive thru is moving at a steady pace. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN, or A WHOLE BETTER STAFF! That would actually make improvement. I HIGHLY WOULDN’T RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!!! STAY AWAY

Would be nice if the heavy set younger white lady (don’t have a name only a description) wasn’t out at the back door vaping while we’ve been waiting in the drive through for 18 minutes with cara both in front and behind us. So far in 18 minutes, one car has been helped. We decided not to order and just drive off, as well as one other car in Front of us.i will never be back to this Dunkin, there is a big customer service issue at this location. Retrain the staff

I absolutely love this Dunkin’! Crystal, the manager, is my favorite — she always goes above and beyond for her customers. The whole staff is amazing and they always know my order by heart, which makes me feel like family when I walk in. Just the other day, my best friend accidentally said the wrong coffee order, and Crystal instantly caught it. She confirmed with him and then made it the usual way we always get it. That’s the kind of attention and care she gives every single time. The whole team here does the most for their customers, and that’s why I’ll keep coming back.

Been coming to this dunkin for the last 8 months or so consistently, in recent weeks it seems the lack of staff and communication has lead to serious issues with wait times and wrong orders. Love the current staff of women, they all do great just need a few more people and better communication, it’s not that I’m angry, I’m disappointed

This has been the worst dunkin experience ive ever had!. I look Hispanic and was racially profiled. The attendant clearly didnt want to provide service to me or my family. Based on this i urge all people to stay clear from here.

Want to ruin your day? Come here. The workers in here are absolutely awful. They always act like you’re bothering the hell out of them, and when THEY get your order wrong, and you tell them, they get pissed off like it’s your fault. This is why Starbucks and 7Brew is better. Always friendly and none of them are stupid and actually do things right. Dunkin hires the most incompetent workers I’ve ever seen. Gonna just make the 30 minute drive elsewhere and get better service and coffee. Dunkin needs to just be shut down in general. Their coffee is trash anyways. Tastes like dish soap

Place a mobile order for drive thru pickup. Upon pickup our order was ready, we asked if the hash browns were still hot and the worker said “probably not”, so we asked to have them reheated or a fresh one which was done. I also ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar but it was handed to me and the coffee coloring looked black so I poured some out and asked them to put milk which was done but it still wasn’t light and sweet as per usual so I dumped it out completely. Lastly and most importantly was our customized half dozen donut order, upon arriving home the order was completely incorrect with donuts we don’t like and won’t eat so we trashed them.
We usually don’t encounter issues at DD but at this location we did so we won’t be returning as they are not to be trusted to accurately fulfill orders correctly.

This is the slowest DD. There were only two people in front of me and it took 14 minutes to get a coffee this morning in the drive thru! Don’t stop here if you have somewhere to be.
