I’m a door dash driver in the evenings- This Taco Bell is at least a 15 minute wait every time- even when it’s not busy- there have been times where I’ve waited upwards of an hour.
The team is always arguing & I have witnessed too many customers get upset and storm out. Often times verbal conflict with the workers and customers. I do not enjoy accepting Taco Bell orders as it -“‘ost always results in customers experiencing significant delays in receiving their food.
I have been in a full time GM position for 6 years now & most times give the benefit of the doubt especially at facilities with entry level employees. This location is in desperate need of healthy leadership to get them on a better track. I only share this in hopes it helps the business grow in a positive way, for the leadership here to develop & ideally grow the capabilities of these employees. If I had to describe my experience here every time with one word- it would be “Chaos”

The two workers were very polite and the dining room was very clean, but everything else was disappointing. There was hardly any meat in the taco or crunch wrap Supreme. We had to ask for an additional cheese cup because the one given was less than half full for our nacho fries (which for a large, didn’t have much). I think TB must be hurting for $.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Your hours clearly say closing at either 10pm or 12am and I come in and was told “we close at 8.” I’m sorry but why are you closing at 8pm at a truck stop???

I just have to say that Krystal the GM is amazing and super sweet!! She helped us with our order, it came out fresh and hot. It didn’t even take that long to get our order, this was by far the best experience I’ve had.

Wthhh this has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too! No salsa like I asked no forks for the potatoes and my food looks absolutely horrible like what am I eating! Not even what I ordered! We were missing half of our order, which included a burrito and 2 quesadillas. Instead of calling us and saying they weren’t available, they just sent out only half of the order. When we called, they said truck hadn’t come yet, which doesn’t change the fact that we were still charged for an incomplete order. We were refunded through Door Dash, but this is poor customer service. If the items are unavailable, they need to be temporarily taken off of the app.

First of all let me say fast food places are not the same anymore, I came to Taco Bell order my food it took 25 minutes just for 4 taco and a pizza not to mention paid to make those taco supreme just not to get supreme , and my Chalupa’s were hard like a rock.
