Another day another boba spot. This spot is great for working/studying since they have cozy set up and food along with their drinks.

Tried to steal my money!!! I placed an online order, uji matcha freeze with boba. You have to pay extra for boba at this place. When I picked up my order they told me they were out of boba and could not refund my boba add on cuz it was an online order. I told them that was unacceptable and I needed a refund for the boba add-on cuz I paid for it and did not receive it. Got told that the manager could only issue refunds and they weren’t there at the time. So they took down my order number and name on a piece of paper. Will update if I actually receive my refund.
Ridiculous that I had to advocate for a refund when this business did not provide the product I ordered. Totally understandable if you run out of boba but give your customers their money back for the add-on they had to pay for. Don’t make them jump through hoops when it’s your fault as the business to make refunds are hard to issue.

This morning I used the self ordering machine at the location. A transaction was made with a total payment made on my card. After 10 minutes of waiting and no food or drinks received I asked a lady who was cleaning if I can get an update on my order since there’s been no one in the front. Shortly after a lady by the name of Vanessa asked me how she can help. After explaining to her the situation she asked for my name and said there was nothing on their system for me. I showed her my bank statement saying I was charged and her response was it must be a glitch. She provided no resolution at any point. She couldn’t provide me Store manager contact info other then a name. Name given to me was Cynthia but no way to contact her. So I left without food and a charge in my account. I will return to hopefully get my money back if I ever find someone that can help.

Came by to visit this new tear bar after eating next door & it was really nice inside! They have a digital display of their menu which was very helpful. The interior is super spacious & beautiful set up with cute hanging light lanterns! The red drink is the Rainbow Tea (10/10) & the blended drink is the Carafree (7/10)
The tea was super refreshing & tasty. The blended drink was a bit on the sweeter side. We got it at 75% and it was still a bit too sweet for our liking, so maybe next time we’ll try it with 50% — that’s a plus about this place, you could customize the drink sweetness level & add boba or jellies.

Good drinks and cute vibes in here. Easy ordering at the kiosk with free oat milk substitution. The store manager Cynthia has great customer service and remade my drink no-questions-asked when it wasn’t sweet enough. The matcha latte is just okay and mostly milk lol.

Really great happy hour deals (2 drinks for $8). The drinks are always good, the strawberry tornado is my favorite. The popcorn chicken is also really good! Great vibed in-store, appreciate being able to order on the kiosks
