Why these people gave me raw chicken and one of the workers tried to argue it was cooked? They call themselves trying to fix it without giving me a refund (for some reason, that’s not allowed) by redoing it, just for the chicken to look and taste the same. Do not eat wings from this place. I threw away 2 batches

I had ordered a meat lovers pizza with extra green peppers and onions. The pizza I got was an onion and green pepper pizza. The order was right on the receipt but the pizza wasn’t right. This has not been the first time this happened. You either get an amazing delicious pizza or a very disappointing pizza.

Poorly made pizza. After I called and complained the manager Amber didn’t have any empathy on the phone nor did she want to speak to me when I came back. I asked her for another receipt and she ignored me. Her customer service skills are beyond ridiculous.

i had to walk in and get my own food when i chose curbside. When I walked in they had to get my sauces and as they are grabbing the ranch, some were opened. The man stated they were open and i am unsure but i believe it was the manager who responded with okay and!

I ordered online for delivery. Everything went good until the delivery vehicle went past my house and then my order said it had been completed. The delivery person did not come here. I called about my order. He said they were sorry and they were all backed up. I told him that wasn’t my problem, I still needed my food. He asked what kind of vehicle came by and he recognized it. Said he’d see what’s he could do. The delivery person came back with pasta and chicken bites but they were not the same ones I ordered. At least I got food to eat.
