This used to be my favorite place a few years ago. It obvious that the quality of the food had gone down significantly. The food does not taste good. The last few times I have eaten here the service is bad the food isn’t made correctly or cold. I won’t be eating here anymore. It’s really unfortunate that they have prioritized profit over quality. So disappointed on this visit. Went through the drive through and the wait was over 20 minutes. The 10 mins I spent at the window was watching a lot of standing around. There appeared to be quite a few employees. When I did get my sandwich it was supposed to include lettuce and tomatoes according to the menu (taco steak) as you can see not included. The sandwich was also not cut. The customer service of the staff was no existent.

Worst customer service in Yakima, always rude employees, slow and expensive for fast food. I work in retail so I get not wanting to work but don’t make everyone miserable. Only go because my mom likes it otherwise I wouldn’t touch this place.

We are frustrated with this place. My first bite of my pepper steak sandwich this evening had 3 large chicken bones in it! Talk about off-putting! This is my 4th time having bits of sharp chicken bones in their sandwiches and stopped buying their chicken sandwiches for this reason. Can’t believe I had chicken bones in my steak sandwich! It makes me wonder about the quality of their meat. The food is rarely good where everyone in the family is happy with their meal. Not worth the money and it is our fault that we kept going back for more. Chew carefully folks!
Update: We have been back since due to location/convenience and I have increased my star rating from 1 to a 3 since we have not gotten any bones lately. I can’t order the chicken anymore due to my previous experiences but others in my family have without getting any bones so maybe there has been some quality control improvements.

Had 2 Steak Classic Meals, the fries were fresh, and one of us subbed shrooms for onions.
The staff was courteous and ample shaded parking. The building looks new and the inside was clean.
Besides soda, they have a nice selection of flavored teas.

Hmmmmmm! After not eating at this place for a number of years I decided to give their new location a try and the honest to god results, was look at my picture of my sandwich and I asked who I’m assuming was the manager if I could pay for the missing meat on my sandwich? In which he told me the next time I order here to say you want extra meat! Had I’d known that my sandwich was going to shorted A good amount of meat and for TOP DOLLAR TOO! It’s wrong and I’ll eat the sandwich this time because I’m so hungry! And was worth posting about! Please prepare people’s food righteously as it should and don’t rip off people when there expecting something much more! Picture 1 is the sandwich and picture 2 is the extra meat that I originally paid for in the 1st place!

$40 for a 12in ham and pineapple sub 1 med fry slpit and a reg Hamburger. That’s door dash price to be fair. No joke my sub had 1 Slice of thin thin ham on one side and 2 Slices on other with a ton of lettuce. I had to search for like 6 small pineapple chunks. I was Beyond shocked. I would have laughed I’f was not so irritated. If you have to raise prices then do it don’t do this. See pics for yourself . Won’t be back which is too bad because we liked a handful of times a year.
