Dorsia Restaurant suffers from success. This statement is not a criticism and warrants an explanation. How many times have you experienced a fabulous meal in a beautiful setting with staff that truly enjoys making your evening memorable? Guess what happens when this goal is achieved each and every time you dine? It is crowded, noisy, and quite often a challenge to talk with the people at your table. Between mouthfuls of Italian treasure you find yourself straining to hear or be heard. So you enjoy the Chinese/Italian eggroll special that will rattle your taste buds while your wife announces that the flounder francaise must have been cooked in heaven. There may be a solution to the level of noise when eating. Wait for the snowbirds to depart, avoid the most popular days and times to dine, grab the earliest appointment available, and if all else fails beg for take out and rent a hotel room for the night. Maybe I just sound like an old man of 85 years but I still love love love the meals at Dorsia and plan to continue eating there as long as they remain open for business. By the time you finish dessert, who really cares what someone said at the table?

I went here last Thursday with my family, and it was so good I came back with more family members on a Sunday. Everyone LOVED every single dish! But the crowd favorite was absolutely the eggplant meatball. I have dreams about that dish! The Branzino was also one of the best I’ve had ever, it melts in your mouth! The service was also impeccable, on both dates we had Caesar for our waiter and he remembered everyones order from a few days prior! Though they dont have mocktails on the menu, they were also super accommodating to invent something. This is a 10/10 GEM that you should RUN dont walk to try.

Came here on Valentine’s day and the food was honestly really good. The bread was nice and warm, the strawberry basil cocktail I had was very flavorful, and the 4 cheese ravioli left me wanting to order another to-go. I prefer Dorsia over every other Italian restaurant in the Boca area, and I say that at someone who’s eaten at nearly every Italian place in the area.

Cute little local Italian American restaurant on federal highway. Food was good just not great. More Italian American restaurant in my opinion. Started with the eggplant meatball and it was the better part of the meal. For the entree, I had the veal piccata and was again good not great. And for dessert we had the homemade ricotta cheesecake which was not up to par. Wines were slightly elevated in price but not absurd. Service was quick. It’s one of those places that’s just good.

A five star dining experience all the way around, valet parking was super easy, the entire staff was very friendly and attentive, the ceaser salad reminded me of when they used to make it tableside. The Bolognese was delicious and they even went off the menu and accommodated us with homemade garlic bread! A 10!

Had an 8:30 res at dorsia, my colleague at pierce and pierce Paul recommend me this place, he said they’ve omitted the pork loin with lime jello. I had the sea urchin seviche, New York matney called it a “playfull but mysterious little dish” when I left I saw my friend Patrick Bateman with a beautiful overnight bag, he said it was jean-Paul Gaultier.
But seriously though, if I’m ever in the USA and more specifically in Florida I wanne visit this restaurant!

this restaurant has been around for 11 years. I’ve never been so friends of ours suggested it since they have been there. I’m glad they did. It’s a really busy Italian restaurant. Six of us went the wedge salads we had it was chopped personally I don’t like chopped wedges, but it was OK. We also had whole Bronzino, which I thought was excellent.nice tomatoes, and olive oil.sauce Pasta papp bolognese chicken, Parmesan, or entrées came with vegetables and choice of roast potatoes or pasta. One extra vegetable we had escarole and beans chicken, Parmesan, or entrées came with vegetables and choice of roast potatoes or pasta. One extra vegetable we had escarole and beans very good to ricotta cheesecakes, which were very moist and delicious. The restaurant is very crowded to make sure you make reservations they have valet parking a full bar service was OK but they were extremely busy.
