Got off work late so I had to grab a quick bite, I went to little Caesars just before they closed and was greeted by the general manager Daniel, he was super kind and had a great smile on. I always feel bad for going into places right before they close but Daniel had such great attitude even with me going in late. I will definitely be going back!

I’m not sure what’s going on, if it’s new hires, broken machines, or what. But something’s bugging out at this place recently. The breadsticks managed to be okay, but the cheese breads was overcooked and not edible. The person at the front was very friendly and trying her best. My order was to be ready at 7:04. I my order was wasn’t ready until 8:20ish. But something weird is going on at this establishment. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Terrible customer service. You will wait an unnecessary amount of time just to even place an order. Then you might as well go take a nap in your car while you wait for it to get prepared. So much for “hot and ready” huh.

Please don’t go to this place EVER AGAIN. I ordered my pizza at 7 and I been waiting till 8 or 10. When I went back inside to find out if my pizza was done I saw a girl with NO GLOVES ON and I saw her picking at the pizza making sure if it was cooked all the way and after she was picking at it she wiped it OFF HER CLOTHES. Literally someone can get sick from that! I’m not going there ever again.

I only go here when their prices can’t be beaten by a competitor. This last time my husband got a pizza with italian sausage and bacon, and I got one with bacon and onion but they put bacon and olives on mine….called them up and they fixed the issue by making a new pizza, free of charge, but by the time we got back home my husband’s pizza was cold and it really just kinda fudged up our night.

I’ve lived in Havasu for a few years and can attest to the slow and terrible service that our Little Caesar’s has a reputation for. However, it’s has been a day and night change the last couple of months, a huge shoutout to Joyce, GM for making some changes and putting out good quality pizzas!
