Came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We are 3 people. We ordered the lasagna and pasta with meatball. No complimentary bread its an extra fee for the bread. The food was bland, we have to ask for a salt and pepper to add to our food. It’s an ok food not the best. The ambiance was fantastic, clean and well ventilated, very cozy and very inviting. One of the server who served our food refused to take our photos, saying that he was busy LOL, which I understood. But eventually another server took out picture!. All in all, its a good place to come and eat maybe once in a while, if you do not have any other alternatives or choices. They are not pricey.

We were staying at Red Rock so decided to give this restaurant a try on Friday night. When we arrived the restaurant was fairly busy but we were seated promptly. We ordered some bread and my partner ordered an old fashioned whilst we decided what we wanted from the menu. We were then left with quite a wait before someone came back to take our order (about 20 minutes) and actually wondered if we had been forgotten about entirely. Eventually our server took our order and our food came out about 20 minutes later.

I had ordered the short rib doopio (a type of ravioli) and my husband ordered the veal Milanese with a side of the bucatini. My pasta dish was thoroughly underwhelming, with no real flavour at all. It seemed like the ravioli hadn’t been sealed correctly and there was water inside the filling. My husbands veal was also a little disappointing, with the breading to veal ratio being way off (a lot of breading) and the meat not seeming great quality. The bucatini was the best dish, with the pasta being cooked well and the sauce having a nice flavour. We also weren’t offered any black pepper or Parmesan when our food arrived, which we found strange for an Italian restaurant.

Our bill came to around $140 (plus tip) which we thought was expensive for the quality of food. Although there was nothing fundamentally wrong with our dishes they were both underwhelming, and we both agreed it was one of the worst Italian restaurants we have been to. We may have just been on a bad night but we won’t be returning, especially given Red Rock has so many excellent restaurants.

Absolutely amazing! I was blown away by how good this food is, and for a good price. The atmosphere was great and everyone with me had a great time. I highly recommend coming here instead of the strip for Italian for sure. I can’t wait to return and enjoy this restaurant again!

This Italian place was a surprise gym at Red Rock casino. Prices weren’t too crazy. Our server Caesar and staff was superb, and everything we ordered tasted perfect. The only thing I would change would be a bigger menu since we live so close

Edited Review:

This was our third visit, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience. We made a reservation in advance and even called ahead to request a decent table. However, when we arrived, it seemed like no one had received that note. And the 3x female hosts were rude about it.

We ordered the Frito calamari and drinks right away, but they never showed up initially. Instead, they brought out our Caesar salad and a hot side of Brussels sprouts as starters. We had also ordered bread, which never arrived.

We had to ask about the calamari, and only then did the server admit they had forgotten it. It finally came out—but just as we were halfway through the calamari, our main entrées arrived. The timing and organization of the entire meal felt off and poorly coordinated.

The only decent thing we got was the sourdough focaccia as a starter. However cold, it was good. The food took so incredibly long to come (however the table of influencers next to us got their food 15 minutes before we did, 5 minutes after they ordered after being seated 20 minutes after us). The tonnarelli cacio e pepe tasted like straight butter noodles with an enormous amount of pepper. Charged me $15 to add chicken to this incredibly melodramatic dish. Ended up sending it back because it was so bad. The server was nice but will not be returning.

Dinner at Osteria Fiorella located inside the Red Rock casino.
Nice ambiance, casual chic, very cute patio seating. Great service, very attentive and friendly, made suggestions about the menu and was very prompt.
Cocktails were nice, food was great, pizza was delicious and pasta al dented. Definitely a cute spot for a casual chic Italian dinner, good food and reasonable prices.

We loved our dinner at Osteria Fiorella! We had a party of 15 people and the accommodations and service were lovely! We generously ordered almost everything on the menu…at least that’s how it felt, and there wasn’t a single disappointment. From the cocktails to appetizers to salads and entrees, everyone (ages 13-77!) loved everything! This is a group of discerning foodies who are not only Italian, and love eating and cooking Italian cuisine, but who have also traveled to Italy on multiple occasions…so the review is authentic and thoughtful.
Highlights were the squash blossoms, meatballs, homemade pasta, and wood fired pizza. The chicken was delicious and so flavorful. There’s something for everyone here!

I have eaten at Osteria several times now and it has never disappointed me. The toon is beautiful, not stuffy, like eating in an upscale but casual neighborhood restaurant. The service is always great and the cocktail are good. It is not the kind of place you go for ridiculous cocktails, the drinks are tasty and well priced, crafted with care. The food has always been solid. This time I started with the frito Misto with basil aioli and it was fried well, and served hot and the aioli was great. I had the bucatini pomodoro which was cooked al dente (as it should) it was tangy and beautifully presented. My husband had the cacio e Pepe and it too was cooked great, beautiful and delicious. Osteria is not trying to be a Michelin Star restaurant, it is trying and succeeding at being a great restaurant with great service and quality food. I recommend this to anyone who wants a tasty meal, it is great for a date and great for a family dinner. Give it a try and don’t forget to order the bread it is DELICIOUS!!!

A really sublime dining experience. The wait staff was fantastic and attentive. Over the menu was simple but really refined.

For a special Italian dining experience this should be top on your list when visiting the Las Vegas area.

Highly recommend the pizzas from their wood fired oven. The crust was delicious, slightly charred, and a dollop of olive oil.

The pasta was spectacular! You can’t go wrong with any of them. Handmade, Al dente, and the sauces were so we’ll seasoned and savory!
