I went for a late dinner and got 2 2-toping slices and a fountain drink for $12.99. The slices were large and tasted pretty good. The crust was on the thicker side and was chewy. The choice of toppings was nice, but the cheese was too much for me. Certainly not the best pizza I’ve had, but a decent one I wouldn’t mind having again

I’m honestly disappointed. I ordered a meatball slice and got a pepperoni slice with meatballs, random veggies, and extra cheese piled on. That’s not what I asked for.
This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this either. I came back to see if it was a one-off, and it wasn’t. On another visit, I asked for a chicken and pesto slice and was given a pepperoni base with chicken and pesto thrown on top. That kind of shortcut makes the slice overly bulky and honestly unpleasant to eat.
If you’re going to offer slices, it would really help to keep a few cheese-only slices ready throughout the day and build from there. Starting fresh matters, especially when customers are specific about what they want.
I like the idea of this place, but the execution needs work. Attention to detail and not cutting corners would go a long way.

The pizza is not bad! However, the location is also a UPS Access point, which it is absolutely horrible at. I have a package delivered at Saturday and today (Monday) they first turn me around saying that they cannot check the packages (it was noon, they open at 11am), then they cannot find my package. This is absolutely unacceptable. You should just stick to pizzas

Stopped by to grab a quick slice. We paid $33 for a medium pizza and 2 drinks…Due to the customer service, we will not be returning.
We initially wanted 3 slices. That totaled to $21 so we decided to get a medium for $23. Instead of informing us of the promotions the clerk rang us up.
$25 for a 2 topping XL or $23 for a 1 topping medium, which is a better deal?? When we asked about a possible exchange, the interaction went from decent to horrible. A missed opportunity to make loyal returning customers.
The fountain machine was down so we paid an additional $7 for 2 bottled drinks. Another opportunity missed to keep new customers.

I ordered a small cheese pizza at 1:30 am through Door Dash. It was the most delicious pizza i have had in SF to date. 40 years ago i owned 4 Pizza Places in SF so i know what great pizza should taste like and Primo Pizza delivers ..incredibly delicious high quality Mozzarella…the dough was perfection..they even included little packets of crushed red pepper & grated Parmesan, Old School. I LOVE THE pizza..it’s very high end ingredients..you taste the difference from the first bite…great tomatoes..the best went into making the sauce, full milk Mozarella, high end flour…very low price for such high quality pizza… i am very happy to have found this place…so yummy delicious..yummmm!

Look there are no pizza restaurants open this late over here so it is a miracle on this street. They really need to up the staff and not have Solo employees cooking and taking orders at night. It seems really unfair to the employees. Since you have to wait so long, the least they could do is put on some music. It’s really depressing to be surrounded by people waiting for food with no .The employees have always been incredibly nice and doing their best. It’s unfair that they have to work so hard and have no support.

I paid $25 for 2 slices of pizza and waited for more than 45 min to get it. They give fountain drink for specialty pizza with 2 toppings, i got a pizza with more than 6 toppings they even did not offer a drink + made me wait for longer than 45 min!
